Location was perfect! Across the street from the beach and not far from everything else at all! Loved the place and the extra pull out bed came in handy. Over all it was a great place and would recommend and stay again!

1st trip to Maui

Jim and Sandi have a great condo located in Kihei. My family and I had a wonderful trip we were at this location for 12 days. The condo is located in a great spot very close to Wailea and the golf courses great access to very nice beach and great food and shopping. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Kihei

We had a great stay at this condo with my 3 adults and one baby. The condo was as described and sitting on the lanai to enjoy the sunsets every night made it worth the price alone. Beach is across the street and condo and property is very well maintained. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Home!

My family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had the best time staying here! The location was great for us because it's walking distance to shops and restaurants and across the street from a nice beach park! The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds comfortable and unbelievable sunsets from the balcony. Highly recommend!

Vacation in Paradise

This condo was beautifully decorated and had everything you need, well stocked, comfortable beds, lots of space and great location in building 10 ! The grounds were beautiful and the view from the balcony was lovely, fountains, flowers, ocean, what more would you want!Contact with the owner Sandi was easy and quick, and the Issues we had were handled in record time.We had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back!

Nice to be near the beach

Just walk across the street and the beach is there. The unit is as pictured. The kitchen well stocked for cooking. Nice and spacious with two sitting areas. Very comfie!

Beautiful condo with amazing views

Visited Maui to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal. Our 7th time staying at Kamole Sands. Perfect condo for a family of 6. Our prayers and thoughts are with the island as they recover from the fires that erupted during our stay.

Great family getaway

The condo location can’t be beat. Short walk to the beach and ocean views from the lanai. The two bedroom condo with extra family room space is perfect for a family getaway. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking some great meals and lots of dishes and spices in the cupboards. Really appreciated all the chairs and beach gear. We had everything we needed. Whale watching and weather was fabulous! Would highly recommend this condo for a family vacation.

Maui Spring Break 2023

5 STARS ALL AROUND. The property and condo and location were exceptional. Sandi and contact were easy to access if necessary and very welcoming. Fully stocked and able to hold our large family of 5 with 2 teenagers. We will definitely be returning in 2024. Thanks again Sandi for being an excellent host.

Great place

We had a lovely stay with kids(6,6,9) and grandma. There was lots of living room seating and we were able to get everyone around the dinner table. There wasn’t much room for dry food storage, but there were lots of dishes and cooking implements. Boogie boards, sand toys, chairs and umbrellas in the lanai closet. Lanai is small but has a nice view. Murphy bed was comfy and there’s a trifold mattress and packnplay in one of the closets. Location is unbeatable and the grounds are beautiful and safe. My kids ran around at will. We saw turtles, whales and a monk seal. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful view and great location!

We love sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. There were lots of lizards my kids enjoyed catching, mango trees dropping fruit, and the pool is a good temp. There is a ping pong table at the pool and the tennis courts are great with free clinics! Total win!!! The only downsides were hot air from the A/C that blows on the veranda if you have it on and lots of rules to be aware of around the grounds. Like no pool floaties allowed. Otherwise we loved it!!!

Tired property, great location

This property was very well laid out, but one kitchen cabinet was damaged, without a knob at all. The shower faucet needed plumbing work during the week, largely due to heavy use and age, and the shower door was rickety and scraped open with difficulty. We managed fine, but the place is so popular the owner keeps putting off the needed upgrade.

Wonderful island getaway

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo had everything we needed, and more! The murphy bed in extension off of the living room was a great addition. The beach supplies were fantastic to have, including swim fins for all of us! We took full advantage of enjoying breakfast on the lanai, some early morning time on the (easy to book) tennis courts, and the easy stroll to the beautiful beach just across the street. The ocean, fountains, wonderfully landscaped grounds, and mountain in the distance provided a beautiful view from any angle in the front of the condo. We had one day of pretty hard rain, and were happy to enjoy some indoor time playing games and hanging out in the condo. The owners were quick to reply to any questions we had. Overall, a perfect getaway!

We actually live on Maui (Upcountry) most of the year so when you rent from us you are helping SUPPORT LOCAL. We believe in communication and our phone number is always available to our guests as well as having on island managers in the case of emergency.

We have owned our 1 bedroom since 2008 but always coveted the two bedroom/ single level with family room condos. Out of 440 condos there are only 3! We were thrilled to get this one!

NO STAIRS - Spacious living with no stairs! Real bedrooms with real beds and a great location! IDEAL LOCATION - Ocean views, 3 min Walk from our front door to the ocean's edge and WALKABLE to many eateries and shops!
