To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Wonderful Stay

We visit Maui every year and this was my favorite property. It was clean, updated, spacious and comfortable with a large lanai. The location is fantastic- great beach right across the street and even shops/restaurants in walking distance. The pool was a big hit with our kids. Would love to stay here again.

Great stay

Property was just as listed. The upstairs loft with the king bed was a lot warmer as the AC didn’t reach there but fine for us because the weather was on the nicer side. Lots of restaurants walking distance and beaches across the street. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay!!!

We were so pleased with this condo! It was so clean and had everything we needed! When ever I had any questions our emailed was returned by that day. I would highly recommend staying in this condo!! The beach was so close and an easy walk. Also, the condo had a great concierge service that helped us with setting up our excursions. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great stay comfy beds

Great experience, very clean and comfortable and bigger than it looked in the pictures! Beautiful view from the balcony and we saw many gorgeous sunsets over the ocean. Our kids loved the beach toys and we appreciated the trolley and towels and chairs. Thank you!

Great location

The property grounds and condo are immaculate and a really great location. My overall score of a 3 is because of the loft. I don't understand why anyone would think that's a great idea. There is no way anyone can go to sleep up there if someone is downstairs. It is spacious and the master bath is great. But it is open on both sides, over the front hallway and the living room. Makes no sense. But very clean, very close to the beach and walking distance to Moose Mugillicuddies!

Wonderful condo in perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo and the complex and will be back. The condo has been remodeled to be very open concept. The kitchen has everything you could need and more. Loved having the beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, sand toys and snorkel gear in the condo - no need to rent! PMI responded very quickly to a request for another boogie board and to fix an issue in freezer. Rental is situated directly across from Kam III beach, so easy walking with the wagon and the beach gear. So easy, we never checked out another beach. The lanai is very large especially compared to other condos at this complex, so you could easily fit 6 people without feeling its too tight. It is also possible to walk to restaurants, shaved ice, general store, other beaches, etc. We utilized the gym and there are a lot of free weights and equipment. We also found lovely running routes from the complex along the water. We loved that the complex has pickleball courts. Only minor issue with condo is that it is warmer in the upstairs area at bedtime, but does finally cool in the middle of the night - a ceiling and floor fan were both provided. There is A/C in the lower part of the unit. All in all, we cannot say enough wonderful things about this rental, complex and management company.

The location is convenient, a short walk to Kamole III or a bit further to Kamole II. The condo itself is beautifully renovated and is very spacious. Plenty of room for a family of 4. It's also well set up and very clean. The service from PMI is also very responsive. I mentioned a few of the beach supplies could use repair and they were over as soon as possible with replacements.

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was spacious and well-stocked. We did not cook, but would have everything needed if we did. We loved being able to spread out on the spacious island for our take-out meals. Plenty of beach equipment provided, also. We appreciated not needing to think about anything when heading to the beach. It was also very easy for us to sign up for the tennis courts. Tennis equipment available at the front desk for a nominal fee. Location was perfect! Simply walking across the street to the beach was part of each day. We had a rental car and could easily get to restaurants, shops and explore around from the condo with no issues. It was truly a home away from home. Thank you!
