Welcome to Mesquite Country Club, a beautifully landscaped and maintained private gated community in Palm Springs. Located approximately 1 mile from downtown Palm Springs and centrally located to the other desert communities, the complex contains 3 swimming pools with jacuzzis, 2 tennis courts and is next to the golf course. 1 block from Ralphs, CVS, Starbucks, Natures Healthfood and many restaurants.

This spacious upper unit, with stunning mountain views was completely remodeled in 2017 and features three televisions, built in wine bar, video arcade, in unit washer/dryer, all new appliances, two balconies, and NEST A/C & Heating system.

The newly appointed kitchen includes granite countertops, all new stainless appliances, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven, panini maker and more. Complete with everything you'll need or want to cook your favorite meal.

Relax on the outdoor patio furniture under the umbrella with your favorite beverage while gazing at the gorgeous mountains, greeted by the numerous hummingbirds that are whirring around you.

The master suite features a double closet with double vanity and a shower you'll never want to leave. The king size bed is super comfy whether you want to spend the day reading or watching the 55" TV. Open the large slider to the balcony to listen to the birds and fountain in the gardens below.

The guest room also features a double closet, it's own private patio with BBQ, queen size bed with Tempurpedic mattress topper, television with Roku system and is adjacent to the 2nd bathroom, also featuring high end shower system and river rock tile.

The unit was just as pictured online. Everything was immaculate, the bathrooms and kitchen were very spacious and high-end, the property manager Peter was friendly and accessible. Two balconies with mountain views and a great location made our stay convenient and very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Unit was as advertised. Property manager Peter was very helpful during check in and followed up during our stay to verify that everything was ok with our stay. Stayed in a similar unit last year and really like the location and ease of getting around the Palm Springs area.

Perfect Retreat in Palm Springs

This property is a lovely spot to stay in Palm Springs. The suite is spacious and well-appointed and it's in a perfect location for enjoying Palm Springs and the surrounding areas. Griffin, the host, is extremely nice and the Property Manager, Peter is helpful and responsive.

Beautiful condo in great location

Beautifully updated condo inside a lovely, gated complex with multiple pools and hot tubs. There are walking paths just behind the unit in a nature preserve being restored to native plants.

Amazing rental

We had an amazing 8-night stay. We spent the days "working from home" in the sun and enjoying the pool. The location was great, a quick 6 min drive into downtown. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Would happily come back again!

By far one of the best places we have stayed!

This condo was perfect! It had everything we could possibly need and then some! Location was perfect and the view of the mountains just added to the ambience. Check in was flawless and Peter was so thorough with explaining all we needed to know about the condo. Communication from Griffin and Peter were immediate with our questions. This is definitely one of our favorite vacations!

Nice updated condo with mountain views

Very nice two bedroom condo with mountain views from the lanai. Clean and well appointed. Easy walk to grocery store (Ralphs) and dining (Mario's Italian, Nina's Greek). Downtown Palm Springs is a short drive or Lyft ride away. Highly recommend this property.

5+ stars all around! Beautiful condo, all updated, great views of the flowers & mountains. We have stayed in many places over the last 35 years and this place ranks right at the top. Wonderful Palm Springs Holiday

We travel to PS every December to visit family and this was our forst time in this property. It was a delightful, clean and quiet condo. Everything was as pictured and described on the site.The complex is close to downtown and all the major roadways we need to get around the entire area. We will return. Thank you for a great stay!

Hello, I’m Griffin, thanks for looking at our wonderful condo. My sister and I are happy to share this Palm Springs getaway with you. I am a fitness trainer, and a music producer and DJ. Palm Springs has a calming effect, which is a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Why they chose this property

Centrally located, just one mile from the heart of downtown. Only one block away is Ralph's Market and CVS Pharmacy. Swiss Donuts, which is amazing for donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Guacamole's for great Mexican food. Natures Foods for yummy date shakes and plenty of supplements as well. Many more restaurants and shops super close by.

Completely remodeled, from head to toe. This place is one of the most stunning units you’ll find in Mesquite Country Club. Very quiet unit with beautiful mountain views.
