The property is in excellent condition and completely clean. The host is extremly responsive to any issues. Its a perfect location so long as you have a car as the hill is very steep!

Lovely Villa

This is a very nice property in a wonderful position. Everything worked as it should and the host was very helpful. The urbanisation is very well kept and the communal pool area is a very nice addition. Whilst the property could do with a little bit of updating here and there, we really have no complaints at all and would recommend it as a great place to stay.

Lovely Easter Quiet Break

We had a wonderful 10 days staying in this lovely villa. The views are incredible and the villa is well equipped and very spacious. Claude was very easy to contact and everything was very clean and tidy. The urbanisation is very quiet, but everyone is very friendly and it was only a short drive into town for shopping and bars. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A beautiful hillside property

A stunning property on the hillside above Salobrena. Las Vistas was clean and very well equipped for our week long stay. We had a lovely time there and spent a good deal of it admiring the fabulous view. It could get a bit breezy at times but I’m sure this wouldn’t be a problem in summer. A car is a must for a stay here as it is situated on the side of a very steep hill, hence the wonderful views. Communication with Claude the owner was good.

A Wonderful Stay

A wonderful spot! One vivid memory is walking into the front door for the first time and seeing the expansive view of the Mediterranean from the main floor. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. There is AC in all of the rooms. The pool area is really nice with more great sea views while lounging. Claude was very helpful with recommendations of places to eat, shop, and tour. We spent 4 weeks there and it was a great location for side trips to places like Granada, Malaga, and Nerja. Salobrena (the local town) is a great place too. A car is definitely needed. I highly recommend this place.

Summer holiday

Our host was excellent and very attentive to all our needs e.g he came to clean the pool when we requested it. The Villa was impressive especially the view, with AC fitted in all the rooms. it is located up in the hills of an urbanisation which has a great communal pool a few minutes drive away which we had access to. A car is required to get to the Villa though winding narrow roads. It’s about 10-15 mins drive to the nearest supermarket and beach in Salobrena, a small pleasant town.

Fabulous view

On arrival the villa had been cleaned to a very high standard. The views from the villa were superb. The folder on the coffee table gave plenty of information regarding the house. It might be nice to include some good restaurants for guests when it is next reviewed. The villa was really well equipped and made for a very comfortable stay. We had a few issues which were dealt with efficiently and promptly by our host Claude. Claude was extremely helpful and kind. Thanks to Claude and the very professional workman he used we were very well taken care of. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques. La maison est très bien, l'emplacement est parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter les environs... La vue imprenable sur la mer est dépaysante et reposante. Le quartier est calme. Tout le nécessaire est inclus dans la maison. Le propriétaire et son fils sont très à l'écoute et répondent raidement et efficacement aux petits soucis rencontrés. Nous avons passé avec nos enfants de très belles vacances.

Gelungener Sommerurlaub

Wir verbrachten 2 wirklich schöne wochen hier. Die Lage und der Blick sind phänomenal, selten hatten wir so einen tollen meerblick und dabei noch totale Ruhe um uns herum. Die Villa liegt oberhalb der Bucht und jedes zimmer hat Meerblick. Für Besorgungen und Strandtage ist ein Auto obligat,wenn mann nicht die mehreren hundert Höhenmeter laufen will. Auch toll ist die Nutzung der Community area mit schön grossem pool,tennisplatz und bar.das haben unsere kids geliebt. Das Haus ist wirklich gut ausgestattet besonders in der Küche, das kennen wir aus Italien deutlich puristischer. Alle räume klimatisiert und mit Deckenventilatoren ausgestattet, generell ist fie Einrichtung allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen , uns fehlte ein zusätzlicher Sonnenschutz an der ubteren Terrasse und im Poolbereich. Dieser ist herrlich zur abkühlung und zum verweilen,zum richtig Schwimmen und toben waren wir am community pool. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit,alles sehr unkompliziert. Salobrena hat eine tolle badebucht und zu 99 prozent spanische urlauber, waa aehr angenehm ist. ES gibt ausreichend Gastro ,etc. Und es ist evenfalls eine tolle ausgangslage für Ausflüge nach Granada,Nerja,etc.

Ferienhaus mit großartiger Aussicht

Das große Ferienhaus liegt am Hang, oberhalb des Meeres. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr kurvenreich und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Da wir zu zweit waren, haben wir nur die obere Etage incl. Poolbereich benutzt. Die Aussicht auf Meer und Umgebung ist großartig. Der Pool nicht sehr groß und der Boden extrem steil. Das Auto konnten wir vor dem Haus abstellen. Nach Salobrena sind es nur wenige Kilometer.

Traumhafter Blick von der Terrasse und Pool aus, die Unterkunft bietet alles das was man braucht, ein Zimmer hat ein doppelbett und zwei weitere Zimmer haben zwei einzelbetten die etwas schmal sind. Wir hatten wirklich 16 schöne Tage außer dass wir leider den gesamten Urlaub zwei Baustellen genau neben uns ertragen mussten.

Der Name der Villa (Las Vistas) sagt eigentlich schon alles. Ein tolles großes Haus mit wunderbarer Lage, Sonne von morgens bis abends und ein gigantischer Blick über das Mittelmeer und die Bucht von Salobreña. Wenn irgendetwas am Haus oder der Einrichtung erledigt werden musste, reichte eine kurze WhatsApp an Claude und die Mängel wurden innerhalb von spätestens 2 Tagen beseitigt, großes Kompliment.
