Ground floor for 6 people with private garden and pool, right in the center of the Costa Brava.

It offers the possibility to visit and discover the beautiful Costa Brava and the nearby destinations.

Very quiet, pleasant and familiar, 800 meters from the beautiful beach of Torre Valentina and its magnificent coves. It has a saltwater pool, barbecue and 600 m2 of garden and overlooking the sea.
It is the ground floor of a two-story house. Recently renovated, tastefully decorated and located in a beautiful and quiet urbanization, although close to supermarkets and other services.
It consists of three bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 * 200cm), and two bedrooms with two single beds respectively. Two bathrooms: one in the main room with bathtub, and the second bathroom with shower. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with all the necessary equipment: dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, microwave, oven, etc. It has a large living room with satellite TV, and access to a terrace of 30m2 and the garden. Room with washing machine and iron. WIFI.

If desired, it has baby accessories (cot, high chair), as well as children's games.

Prachtige locatie mooi huis alleen wij zouden deze woning nooit meer huren i v m geen airco dat is gewoon niet te doen zelfs in het naseizoen . Voor derest aardige gastvrouw en een super ligging van de woning

Freundlicher warmherziger Empfang. Unsere Anreise war trotz Stau und Verspätung kein Problem. Betten liegen sich gut. Privatsphäre. Sehr gepflegter Pool. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spass. Auch ohne Klimaanlage bei großer Hitze annehmbare Temperaturen im Haus. Der Strand ist auf dem Fußweg in Kürze zu erreichen. Sehr gerne wieder!

Accueuil très chaleureux , location conforme aux photos vue sur mer , plage et criques à proximité à pied (10 à 15 minutes) la propriétaire habite à l'étage mais reste très discrète et serviable

La casa es preciosa, muy cómoda y espaciosa, el entorno muy bonito con vistas al mar y tranquilo, hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. Los propietarios de la casa son muy amables, Montse siempre pendiente de lo que pudieramos necesitar, totalmente recomendable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marta et Montserrat : accueil souriant et sympathique. L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description. Nous avons apprécié la vue sur la mer, le jardin avec barbecue, la piscine dont l'entretien était impeccable. Le linge de maison et draps fournis est très appréciable. De plus, les draps ont été changés durant notre séjour. Ces vacances nous ont permis de nous retrouver en famille. Un bon séjour pour tous. Le seul point faible concerne le wifi. Marta s'efforce néanmoins de trouver des solutions pour l'avenir. A coup sûr nous reviendrons Merci à vous pour votre gentillesse.

Des prestations de très bonnes qualités : espaces de vie fonctionnels et très agréables, décoration raffinée, vue sur la mer, très belle piscine. Localisation idéale dans un quartier calme et résidentiel à proximité de la plage et des commerces. Un accueil très chaleureux de la part de nos hôtes qui ont eu plaisir à nous faire partager (en Français !!) les lieux et animations sympathiques de la Région. Nos enfants et nous avons passé un formidable séjour, nous en gardons plein de jolis souvenirs. Un grand Merci à Marta et Montse

Nous sommes une famille de 5 et avons passé nos vacances d’été à San Antoni de Calonge. Nous avons vécu un enchantement tous les jours ; la Costa Brava est truffée de calanques, toutes aussi paradisiaques les unes que les autres avec des eaux bleues limpides pleines de poissons multicolores. La côte n’a rien à voir avec les autres côtes Espagnoles, idéal pour ceux en recherche de nature et d’authenticité. La Maison est idéalement située dans un quartier résidentiel « Haut de Gamme » avec de très belles villas, légèrement retirée du passeo, ce qui offre un maximum de tranquillité dans la journée et le soir. A quelques centaines de mètres de la maison, on peut faire ses courses au supermarché et dans d’autres magasins attenants (boulangerie, poissonnerie, plats à emporter, rôtisserie). Nous avons séjournée au rez de chaussée d’une grande maison parfaitement équipée avec entrée totalement indépendante. La décoration est très actuelle, et dégage un esprit très zen. Les propriétaires à l’étage sont adorables et ont été à nos petits soins pendant tout le séjour, tout en faisant preuve d’une grande discrétion. Depuis la terrasse, on a une vue sur la pinède et la mer (seulement à 700 mètres). Le temps est très agréable : la chaleur espagnole bien connue avec l’avantage d’une petite bise rafraîchissante en journée. Merci encore à la famille MASCARO, nous avons passé une de nos meilleures vacances d’été !

Lieu et séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans ce très bel appartement, propre et récent, avec un mobilier de qualité. Il est situé dans un quartier calme. L’appartement est aménagé dans une maison, sous l’étage occupé par les propriétaires. Mais ils sont très discrets et en même temps très aimables et disponibles si nous avons besoin de leur aide. La piscine est privée, ce qui a été un gros avantage pour nous. Il y a une vue sur la mer à distance. Il faut marcher 15 minutes environ pour atteindre la plage, en contrebas. La promenade de Sant Antoni de Calonge le long des plages est une des plus agréables de la côte. Elle est animée le soir, réservée aux piétons, avec de nombreux restaurants, cafés et boutiques. La plage Torre Valentina, la plus proche de la maison, a le sable le plus fin et l’eau la plus claire, proche de très beaux rochers qui donnent un charme particulier à ce bord de mer. Nous n’avons trouvé aucun défaut à cette location et à notre séjour. Merci à Montse, Toni et Marta pour ce beau séjour ! We spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment, clean and new, with quality furnishings. It is located in a quiet area. The apartment is located in a house under the floor occupied by the owners. But they are very discreet and at the same time very friendly and available if we need their help. The pool is private, which was a big advantage for us. There is a remote view of the sea. You have to walk about 15 minutes to reach the beach below. The Sant Antoni de Calonge promenade along the beach is one of the nicest of the coast. It is run at night for pedestrians, with many restaurants, cafes and shops. Torre Valentina Beach, closest to home, has the finest sand and clearest water, near beautiful rocks that give a special charm to this beach. We did not find any fault in this property. Thanks to Montse, Toni and Marta for a nice stay!

.. alle comfort voor 'n ontspannen verlof !

Alle ingrediënten zijn aanwezig voor 'n heel comfortabel en ontspannen verlof in een rustige, kindvriendelijke omgeving! Het recent gerenoveerd huisje is immers heel rustig gelegen op 10 minuutjes wandelen van het mooie strand van Sant Antonio (heel kindvriendelijk met vele speeltuintjes,..), authentieke restaurantjes, leuke boetiekjes,... Met de wagen of openbaar vervoer kan je drukkere plaatsjes opzoeken zoals Platja d'Aro of aan de andere kant het (jacht) havenstadje Palamos (verse vismarkt, vele winkelstraatjes, ..), het nabij gelegen zwemparadijs, of je begeven naar unieke baaitjes en vertrekpunt van mooie wandelroutes doorheen Calonge. Maar deze woning heeft veel mogelijkheden om je ter plekke te vermaken: een frisse plons in het privé zwembad, genieten van een BBQ op het terras of spelen in het gras is deugddoend, zeker met het mooie "zicht op de zee" tussen de bomen door..
