Beautiful holiday home with a sea view and a nice big garden

Our house is located in a beautiful, clean and peaceful neighbourhood. The property is 1300 m² and completely fenced in. On the first and second floor of the house you can enjoy the unforgettable view of the ocean from both terraces. It is about 3 km to the beach. Playa d'Aro has also much to offer out of the season and it is a well-known and popular travelling area on the Costa Brava (wild coast). Even in winter the temperature is still between 19 – 21 degrees (Celsius). A well-known attraction is the water park with the waterslides. The Magic Park is, a grand experience for young and old. Platja d `Aro is only 100 km to Barcelona or to France 80 km. The best golf course of Spain is the one in Platja d `Aro.

Chère Michaèlle, Merci pour votre evaluation. Ce sont des invités formidables qui font toujours plaisir à voir. Malheureusement, nous n'avons qu'une piscine pour enfants. Il est associé à des problèmes car en Espagne, en ce moment, il faut économiser l'eau. Et vous devez aussi avoir quelqu'un qui s'occupe de la piscine tout le temps. Apres les prix sont plus hautes. Je ne voulais pas de climatisation car je tombe toujours malade. En particulier, je dois dire que la maison était si propre que si personne n'y avait habité. Merci d'être là. Marlene

Cher Maurice, votre fille m'a dit le contraire. Votre femme était à l'hôpital et ils voulaient être près de vous. Épargnez-vous le long voyage a l hopital. En ce moment, il fait si chaud en Espagne, 45 degrés, que les personnes âgées feraient mieux de voyager hors saison. Nous avons 2 ventilateurs et la maison est toujours très froid. Mon voisin vous aurait acheté un appareil et l'aurait mis dans la maison. Mais cela n'a jamais été mentionné. Oui, il y a des escalier dans la maison. Mais j'avais un couple de personnes âgées de plus de 80 ans. Ils venaient chaque année et ne se plaignaient jamais. Parfois, il vaut communiquer avec le propriétaire, car chaque problème peut être résolu. Sauf pour les escalier. Bien sûr, ce n'est pas agréable quand quelqu'un tombe malade en vacances. Mais cela n'a rien à voir avec le logement. Mais il y a de nombreuses raisons pour une maladie.. Je suis content que votre femme va mieux, comme votre fille ma dit. •

Sehr schöne Gegend, ruhige Lage, nette Nachbarn

Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr Sauber und der Garten ist groß. Ich möchte mich auf jeden fall nochmal sehr bei der Vermieterin und dem Nachbarn bedanken. Wir hatten viel E-Mailverkehr und sie hat sich um all unsere Fragen gekümmert.

Casa Rosa Maria, Playa d'Aro

We have spent our spring holiday for the last 6 years at this property, and have found it to be very clean, comfortable and in a peaceful situation. The house is well-maintained, with many new features over the years, including a dish washer and digital TV set. The views from both the balconies - the Mediterranean to the south and the mountains to the north - are stunning, Garden furniture is provided for outdoor eating on the patio and for relaxing on the balcony. The road down into the town is narrow and winding, and care is needed when driving, but the promenade, shops and restaurants are first class. The neighbouring towns of s'Agaro, Palamos and Tamariu are well worth a visit, as is the market in Playa d'Aro on Friday mornings. The owner is most helpful when bookings are made, and we have no hesitation in recommending the house for a great holiday in the spring and early summer sunshine.
