Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen das Haus war sehr schön und zweck mäßig eingerichtet der Ausblick war Traumhaft schön ein Abzug gab es schon das waren die Treppen aber das haben wir ja vorher gewusst aber das es so viele sind nicht. Das Haus würde ich weiter empfehlen

La casa es bonita. Por dentro el mobiliario estaba bien y las instalaciones limpias y por fuera las vistas son preciosas. A tener en cuenta: Muchos escalones y muy empinados, no la recomiendo para personas con problemas de movilidad. El aire acondicionado solo está en el comedor de una planta, las demás habitaciones no tienen y en la planta inferior hay uno portátil solo. Por lo demás encantados hemos quedado y gracias por dejarnos compartirlo con nuestras 3 mini perritas! Lo pasamos genial

Emplacement idéal et magnifique vue

Nous avons passée une semaine dans cette maison très bien équipée. L’emplacement est idéal et la vue exceptionnelle. Le ménage était fait méticuleusement à l’arrivée C’est vraiment a noter, car c’est rare de voir ce niveau là dans une location. Le service de l’agence est très efficace lorsqu’il y a une demande. Quelques petits travaux de rafraîchissement à prévoir mais rien de gênant, on peut noter un excellent rapport qualité prix. A noter, beaucoup d’escaliers pour personnes agées

Vakantiehuis met mieren

Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken. De advertentie spreekt over airco en die is er in de bovenwoning in de woonkamer en niet in de slaapkamers. De benedenwoning heeft een luchtkoeler die redelijk voorziet maar het is geen airco. Het huis heeft daarnaast veel last van mieren en die zitten overal. Je kan niks laten liggen of er zitten heel veel mieren bij. Het probleem is bekend maar er wordt volgens mij niks aan gedaan en de omgeving krijg de schuld.

Schönes Haus aber abgenutzt

Wir waren mit 6Erwachsenen und einem Kind dort. Die Lage ist sehr schön und das Platzangebot absolut ausreichend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 10min mit dem Auto entfernt erreichbar und zum Strand sind es 15min mit dem Auto. Ich werde leider nicht verstehen, warum so ein Objekt mit frischer Farbe und kleineren Reparaturen am Pool nicht besser gepflegt wird. Eine Empfehlung gibt es von uns aber dennoch, da es in Coronazeiten das optimale Rücktugsgebiet war.

Vacances......

Très beau produit, vue magnifique, maison très sympa, San Antoni et Calonge très agréables ... très belle semaine en famille (6 dont 4 jeunes adultes)...et une colonie de fourmis (on était prévenu) Toutefois produit vieillissant, des travaux à prévoir de rénovation (peintures, mobilier, pression d’eau chaude) et de mise à niveau (literies, lave vaisselle, fer à repasser) A noter jardin non clos pour votre animal préféré !
