Wooden house, on one level, modern and very functional construction.
Above all intended to live there year-round, comfortable, warm and well equipped. We hope it will charm you as much as it delights its owners. It faces due south with a large wooden terrace of over 30 m2 shaded by a pergola.
Large fenced garden of over 1000 m2.
The house has a large living room, 4 bedrooms of equal size equipped with large closets, 2 bathrooms / 2WCs, a large lean-to and a wooden frame shed to store all your bulky belongings (windsurfing boards, surfing, kitesurfing , bikes ...).
Quiet area, sheltered from major highways and surrounded by woods. House located 200 meters from Lake Hourtin (beaches, port and Ile aux enfants) and 2 km from the town center which you can reach on foot or by bike directly via the cycle paths.
Many activities in the immediate vicinity: tennis, equestrian center (Western village), cycle path passing in front of the house, walk in the woods; but also on the lake: sailing (rental and club), kite surfing, windsurfing, fishing ...

Spacoius House with beautiful garden, well situated, close to the lake. We were two families with 4 adults and 4 kids and had a very pleasant stay. Toller Erholungsort

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Hourtin sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig und uneinsehbar in einer Nebenstraße. Die vollkommene Privatsphäre hat uns gut gefallen. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und gut beschattet, im Garten gibt es Bäume, die ebenfalls Schatten spenden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat hier nichts gefehlt. Sowohl drinnen als auch draußen gibt es große Esstische, die viel Platz zum Essen und Spielen bieten. Die Mikrolage ist perfekt. Der Fußweg zum See liegt direkt hinter dem Haus, zum Bäcker, Markt und Supermarkt kann man mit dem Fahrrad fahren, der Strand ist mit dem Auto in 15, mit dem Rad in 45 Mintuen erreichbar. Unsere Erwartungen an das Ferienhaus wurden sogar noch übertroffen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Liebe Brigitte, lieber Pierre, vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang Martina, Michael + Carlotta

Pierre und sein Sohn haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und mit Leckereien verwöhnt. Wir hatten alles um 10 Tage sehr entspannt geniessen zu können. Die Lage ist perfekt und das Haus sehr gemütlich und modern ausgestattet. Besonders hat uns die Terrasse und der Garten gefallen, abgeschottet und sehr gepflegt. Maison très bien agencée et proportionnée, mais également très bien équipée. En retrait de toute route passante et bénéficiant d'un agréable jardin. De nombreux jeux à disposition pour le bonheur des enfants, et des plus grands. Très proche d'Hourtin centre et d'Hourtin port, à pied ou à vélo. Environ 15 minutes en voiture d'Hourtin plage, ou en vélo pour les plus motivés. Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Brigitte et Pierre. En résumé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous recommandons vivement.

Accueil chaleureux et généreux puisque Brigitte et Pierre nous attendaient avec d’excellents produits du cru. Wunderschöne Tage in Hourtin

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Brigitte und Pierres Haus. Das Haus ist von einem wunderbaren nicht einsehbaren Garten umgeben fußläufig zum See, 15 min mit dem Auto zum wunderschönen Strand von Hourtin Plage. Es hat eine großzüge Terrasse mit einem gemütlichen Loungebereich und einem tollen Grill fürs BBQ. Innen ist alles großzügig und offen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir habennubs sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Haus und Garten top deluxe

Aufgrund des starken Verkehrs sind wir etwas später als geplant eingetroffen und wurden sehr herzlich von Brigitte und Pierre empfangen. Das Haus lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat sogar einen Kohlegrill und Gas-Planscher im Garten. Für die Kinder findet man neben der Tischtennis Platte jede Menge anderer Spielzeuge. Rundum, ein super entspannter Urlaub für alle. Der Ort an sich ist etwas ruhig, man findet aber alles was man für einen guten Urlaub benötigt. Metzger, fangfrischen Fisch, einen Spar der auch Sonntag geöffnet hat, einen Super Marche und Aldi. Die Bäckerei um die Ecke verkauft sehr leckere Baguettes und andere Köstlichkeiten. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir haben hier wunderschöne 2 Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Kinder haben viel Tischtennis und Basketball gespielt und wenn es zu warm wurde sind sie mit den Fahrrädern zum nahe gelegenen See gefahren. Top Lage!!! Der Atlantik ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar oder mit dem Fahrrad auf top ausgebauten Fahrradwegen. Brigitte und Pierre haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt. ... und da wir staubedingt erst sehr spät eingetroffen sind, gab es ein kühles Bier und eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Was wünscht man sich mehr??? Deshalb 5 Sterne plus!!!!!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines magiques chez Brigitte et pierre et nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix! Nous étions 2 familles de 4 et tout est prévu pour que les vacances se passent au mieux: maison récente et très bien équipée, salon je jardin, barbecue et plancha pour profiter du grand jardin, aromates et tomates au potager... on se sent comme à la maison! Pour les loisirs, merci pour les vvt adultes, table de ping pong et body board qui ont bien servis tout au long de notre séjour! Conservant l'environnement, nous avons vraiment apprécié la présence de la piste cyclable au bord du jardin qui permet de rejoindre le lac en 3 minutes à vélo et 15 min à pied pour les petits jambes mais par un chemin au milieu des pins ce qui rend la balade très agréable. Pour finir, merci Brigitte et Pierre pour votre accueil personnalisé et votre disponibilité lors de notre séjour. On est très loin des grandes chaînes de location et c'est vraiment ce que nous recherchions et avons apprécié! Stéphanie

Wunderschönes, familienfreundliches Holzhaus
