Superbe endroit pour se ressourcer et passer un week-end entre amis.La maison est superbe, spacieuse et très bien équipée. L'environnement est très calme, seules les biches viendront vous rendre visite de l'autre côté de la clôture.

Wir, das heißt vier Erwachsene und vier Kinder im Alter von sieben und vier Jahren, hatten zwei tolle Wochen in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus war für uns ein absoluter Glücksfall und wir sind mit schwerem Herzen nach zwei Wochen wieder abgereist.Für uns war insbesondere das sehr große Grundstück mit den vielen Spielgeräten und der schöne Pool ein Garant für glückliche und zufriedene Kinder. Das Haus ist im Inneren wunderschön, voller schöner Details und wahnsinnig geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Lediglich ein paar scharfe Messer haben wir mitgebracht. Wir haben dann tolle Abende mit Quiche Lorraine und Wein auf der Terrasse verbracht. Toll ist auch, dass sowohl das Meer als auch der See sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Mit dem Fahrrad sind wir nur einmal zum See gefahren; die Entfernung war für die Kleinen dann doch etwas zu groß. Für ältere Kinder bzw. Erwachsene ist die Anbindung an die nahegelegenen Fahrradwege jedoch super. Für ältere Kinder bzw. Teenager könnte die recht langsame Internetanbindung eine Herausforderung sein.

Urlaub pur

Das Ferienhaus war wunderschön, ordentlich eingerichtet, in der Küche waren alle möglichen Geräte vorhanden und das gepflegte Äußere des gesamten Terrains lud zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Die Kinder hatten super viele Möglichkeiten in und um das Haus, es gab mehrere Essbereiche, sodass man immer wieder eine andere Perspektive auf den Garten und das Haus hatte. Der Swimmingpool ist sehr gepflegt, mit einer Sicherung ausgestattet und umzäunt, sodass man keine Angst haben muss, dass etwas passiert. Die Bäder und Schlafzimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin als auch mit der betreuenden Agentur ist einwandfrei und erfolgt prompt auch bei den kleinsten Problemen. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

Schönes abgelegenes Ferienhaus für Familien und Freunde

Unser Urlaub mit 8 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus war perfekt! Das gepflegte Haus mit riesigem Garten bot den Kindern unzählige Spielmöglichkeiten. Der neue Pool war an heißen Tagen eine echte Erfrischung und der überdachte Grillbereich lud zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Die kinderfreundliche Ausstattung und der tolle Service vor Ort ließen keine Wünsche offen. Sogar defekte Kindersitze wurden uns zum nächsten Morgen ersetzt. Herzlichen Dank dafür! Die abgeschiedene Lage war ideal zum Entspannen, dennoch waren die Strände in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. In der Umgebung finden sich schöne Wege zum Joggen und zum Fahrradfahren. Ein Hinweis für Internet-Fans: mobiles Internet ist eher schwach und das WLAN im Haus ist mit 3mbit gerade so ausreichend. Für uns war das kein Problem, denn für uns stand Erholung und gemeinsame Zeit im Vordergrund.

Dear Henning, Thank you very much for your comment. I am delighted that your stay went very well. I try to do my best to make the stay of my tenants pleasant (it's nice of you to have noted it 🙏). For internet I know... we are in the wild and we have ADSL for the moment soon fibre I hope by the end of 2024. For wifi we have 1 splitter for the whole house (the house is old with big stone walls) this splitter works very well but perhaps it's still insufficient .... We're going to look into this as soon as possible. As you quite rightly say, holidays are also a time to do other activities, relax or read, and the house offers (swimming pool, badminton, volleyball, football, table football, etc.), a reading room, a summer kitchen, etc. .... Thank you and maybe see you next time😀

Tolles Haus, wunderschöne Gegend!

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen (3 Paaren) und ein kleines Kind 14 Tage in diesem tollen, mit Liebe eingerichtetes Haus. Kleinigkeiten wie ein etwas in die Jahre gekommener Kühlschrank und das doch sehr kleine, dritte Zimmer mit Doppelbett können den Gesamteindruck kaum trüben. Alles ist bestens unterhalten, es wird sich diskret um Pool und die Mülltonnen gekümmert, die Kommunikation mit der Agentur klappt schnell und unkompliziert. Das Haus befindet sich zwar „in der Nähe“ des Sees, es gibt aber keinen direkten Zugang, mann muss schon nach Maubuisson oder Hourtin fahren. Das Dorf Carcans ist mit dem Fahrrad über einen sehr gut ausgebauten Fahrradweg zu erreichen, Entfernung ca. 4km, kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants sind prima. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin Karine ist sehr nett! Das Haus wird auf jeden Fall unter „Favoriten“ gespeichert und wir werden sicher noch einmal Gast sein!

Traumhaftes Landanwesen

Wir hatten 14d wunderschöne Tage in dem schönen Haus und Garten von Karine. Alles war sehr sauber und noch schöner, als auf den Fotos. Das Anwesen liegt in Alleinlage. Es ist wunderbar ruhig und wir erlebten Natur pur. Trotzdem sind Lacanau und die Stände an den Seen und der Atlantikküste in 10-20min mit dem Auto erreichbar, Brodeaux in einer Stunde. Die Fahrradrouten führen direkt am Haus vorbei. Der Garten ist sehr groß und man kann vielerlei Dinge am Haus unternehmen. Schwimmen im sehr sauberen und erfrischenden Aufstellpool. Es gibt eine tolle Tischtennisplatte und viele Outdoorspiele (Bälle, Boule, Federball, Frisbee), einen tolle Außenküche mit Grill, eine Hängematte, zwei Daybeds. Sogar Farräder stehen zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Trockner und Waschmaschine sind neuwertig, die Bäder sehr geplfegt. Insgesamt ist alles liebevoll und wunderschön eingerichtet. Und es gibt sehr viel Platz, so dass sich jeder auch einmal zurückziehen kann, selbst bei schlechtem Wetter. Wir können den Urlaub in Karine's Haus nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wunderbar für einen Familien-Urlaub

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Haus von Karine verbracht. Wir, das waren drei Familien, sechs Erwachsene und sechs Kinder im Alter von 5-12 Jahre. Die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns also perfekt: 3 Doppelzimmer für die Großen und ein "Schlafsaal" für die Kleinen. Und es gab sogar noch Möglichkeiten (diverse Couches) für die Kinder, um aus dem Schlafsaal zu flüchten, wenn man mal "in Ruhe" schlafen wollte. Und es wäre sogar noch Platz für zwei Kleinkinder in vorhandenen Kindereisebetten gewesen. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet für große Familienurlaube und bietet nicht zuletzt aufgrund des gesamten Areals auch genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Für die Kinder waren der Pool, die Ritterburg und auch das sportliche Equipment (Tischtennis, Federball, Fußball) die Highlights. Die Erwachsenen haben die langen, warmen Abende im "Salon d'été" besonders genossen. Das Médoc verfügt über ein besonders gut ausgebautes Fahrradwege-Netz, sodass man das Auto auch mal stehen lassen kann, obwohl man etwas "ab vom Schuss" ist: keine 5 km zum Bäcker in Carcans, 7 km zum Markt nach Hourtin, ca. 13 km zum See in Maubuisson oder 20 km zum Strand von Carcans-Plage - alles auch für Kinder machbar, da abseits der Schnellstraßen. Es sind Fahrräder am Haus, aber wir hatten auch teils eigene dabei, was in jedem Fall zu empfehlen ist, wenn man gerne und viel Rad fahren möchte. In der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft befindet sich ein Natur-Campingplatz, von dem man aber nichts mitbekommt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Karine und ihrer Mitarbeiterin Sonia verlief überaus gut, wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Karine hat zudem einen Cousin, der ein Weingut im Bordeaux besitzt ... merci für den Tip ;-) Das einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, war ein Boule-Platz, aber es war zu verschmerzen :-), wir kommen bestimmt trotzdem mal wieder!!!

Maison ideale

Toute la famille (10 personnes) à à passé de très bons moments. Nous avons profité de cette maison Familale décorée avec goût très bien équipée en terme de cuisine mais également avec une multitude de jeux, sans oublier la piscine.Le Best off est la cuisine d'été top!!!où nous avons passé toutes nos soirées. Vraiment nous recommandons cette maison .

Heerlijk Frans familie huis

Rustige ligging met een fantastische tuin. Groot en afgeschermd zodat het veilig is voor de kinderen. Een speelplek met glijbaan en huisje. Een afgeschermd zwembad. Een pingpongtafel, badminton, voetbal, petanque, kortom heel veel mogelijkheden rondom het huis. De overdekte buitenruimte met Bbq is heel fijn. Het huis zelf heeft de Franse charme en voldoende comfort: twee badkamers, wasmachine en een volledig ingerichte keuken. De dorpen met winkels zijn gemakkelijk te bereiken. Het strand is 20 minuten rijden en fantastisch. Schoon en rustig.

Beautiful house, perfect for families

We stayed in the house with three families (6 adults, 6 kids between 3 and 10 years) and had a great holiday. The large, fenced garden is perfect for kids to play, the house is very calm, nicely furnished and very well equipped. Only the wifi-connection could be a bit better. The beaches of the Atlantic Ocean (Hourtin Plage or Carcans Plage) can be reached by car within 15-20 minutes, the sandy beaches of Lake Hourtin (Maubuisson or Houtin Port), within 10-15 minutes, there are lots of free parking sports right at the beach. If you prefer going by bike, there are very nice cycle track s all around in the forrests surrounding the house. Different shopping opportunities (small local stores, supermarkets or even markets) can be found nearby in Carcans, Maubuisson and Hourtin. The host Karine is very friendly and speaks English fluently. We can definitely recommend the place and might come back again one day.

Großzügiges Urlaubsparadies für gut befreundete Familien

Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen vor Ort, sehr wohlgefühlt! Der große Garten bietet gerade Kindern sehr viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten!So konnten wir entspannen und die sehr familiäre Einrichtung im Haus und auf dem Grundstück genießen! Propriété idéale pour se ressourcer

Tout y est pour passer des vacances idéales : piscine, jeux extérieurs, vélos, grande maison bien équipée, proximité du lac et de l’océan, plusieurs commerces et marchés à Carcans et Hourtin. Petit plus : le nécessaire pour se préparer un repas est déjà là (huile, vinaigre,sel, épices … ça évite de tout acheter sur place) et petit cadeau de Karine de produits locaux qui nous a donné envie de découvrir les bons produits du coin.

Séjour impécable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Karine et nous la remercions d'avoir mis tout en oeuvre pour que nous y soyons installé très confortablement. La Villa est incroyablement bien équipé pour un séjour en famille comme nous l'avons fait pendant deux semaines. Et la gentillesse de Karine et de son père ne font que rajouter au séjour. Le calme et la plénitude règne sur la Villa et ses environs. Nous les remercions très sincèrement. Guillaume ZAGURY

Excellent séjour entre amis, avec enfants.

Après un accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire, nous avons découvert une maison très bien adaptée à des vacances entre amis, avec 6 enfants (de 4 ans à 9 ans). Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréable, proche de l'océan, des lacs, et ballades en forêts. Maison bien agencée avec un dortoir (6 couchages), et 3 chambres adultes. Beaucoup d'activités possible dans le jardin, piscine, cabane pour les enfants, filet de volley, ping-pong…. Pour les adultes, une superbe terrasse couverte avec barbecue, et salon de jardin. Nous recommandons vivement.

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Wir waren zu neunt (2 Familien mit 4 Erw. und 5 Ki) in dem Haus und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Alle Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtet. Einbauküche komplett ausgestattet. sehr ruhig, da recht einsam gelegen. Riesiges Grundstück mit Pool, Fussballplatz, Volleyballfeld und Spielplatz. Sehr geschätzt haben wir die überdachte Terrasse mit dem Grill. Der Strand ist ca. 20 min und der See ca. 15 min per Auto entfernt, die Ortschaft 5 min per Auto bzw. 15 min per Rad. Für eine grössere Gruppe oder 2 Familien ist dieses Haus ideal, wenn man nicht direkt am Strand wohnen möchte. 2 Elternschlafzimmer, ein kleines DZ und ein grosses Kinderschlafzimmer mit 6 Betten (ink. 1 Etagenbett), 2 Wohn- und 1 Esszimmer. Tischkicker im Haus. Man kann also viel Spass gemeinsam haben, sich aber auch aus dem Wege gehen, wenn man auch einmal seine Ruhe haben möchte. Etwas Zeit muss man allerdings zum Einkaufen investieren, da der Ort nur einen kleineren Supermarkt bietet und ein richtiger grosser Supermarkt erst in Lacanau existiert (30 min Fahrt). Alles in allem können wir uns aber eine Wiederholung sehr gut vorstellen.

Lieber Axel, danke für deinen Kommentar. Es ist für das, dass die Personen das Seebad anbeten von Carcans,in der Natur, ohne Konstruktion ... Wir haben traditionelle Geschäfte (mit guten lokalen und handwerklichen Produkten) 5 km vom Haus entfernt ist (Metzger, Feinkostladen, Fischhändler, Bäckerei ...). Dann gibt es noch einen 5 km Carrefour Market, einen Aldi 12 km und einen Super U 18 km. Wir freuen uns, Sie in 2019 oder 2020 zu empfangen, wie Sie uns gesagt haben !!!t.(Verzeihen Sie mich, wenn die übersetzung auf deutsch nicht hervorragend ist)
