Apartment located at the foot of the Colombier (south jura) with views of the Haute-Vallée du Rhône and the two departments of Savoie and Haute-Savoie. You can park your car on the property right next to the cellar. The times given are routes by car. 45 minutes from the A43 (Belley exit) and 35 minutes from the A40 (Seyssel exit).
50 minutes from Annecy, Chambery, 25 minutes from Aix-les-Bains and 10 minutes from Lac du Bourget (Chatillon or Conjux beach) numerous walks on the banks of the Verdet river (30 min walk) which will take you to the municipal stadium with games for children, fishing, nature activities supervised by excellent professionals, (services not included in the rental, information and reservations to be made by you) activity center located in Seyssel 10 min (down the Rhône in canoe kayak, climbing and other activities, lynx action leisure club 04. 79. 63. 13. 68) or simply rest ... For shopping, a bakery grocery store is available 2 minutes by car in the center of the village or otherwise convenience stores located in Culoz or Seyssel, 10 minutes always in car time.
The apartment is composed of a kitchen / living room (with sofa bed for a small brotherhood of two 110x180), a bathroom (shower no bathtub) and a bedroom with a double bed 140x190 mattress (sheets & towels not provided). And as we are in the countryside a large open space to stretch the legs of the youngest directly at the exit of the apartment, one, two, three go !!
