Large terrace and private land of approximately 50 m² not overlooked. Contemporary wooden chalet located on the heights of Chanaz, a town of character at the end of Lac du Bourget. Conjux beach 4 km away. Savière lock and Rhône bank 5 km. Major road passes nearby: Grand Colombier, Relais du Chat, Revard. Spa town of Aix les Bains 21 km away.

Nettes, ruhiges Chalet

Zugangsstraße zum Chalet einspurig und kurvig, bei Gegenverkehr wird es sehr eng. Lage ruhig, ländlich, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in etwa 10 km Entfernung. Ausstattung gut, sauber und gepflegt. Mit 4 Erwachsenen kann es eng werden. Schöne Terrasse und Gasgrill vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieter, uns hat es gut gefallen.
