Fun Family Stay!

We had a great time at the house! Super kid-friendly (including beach toys) and a quick walk to both the public or private beach. Jesus was super responsive and accommodating!

Perfect vacation home

The home was spotless, provided a lot of beach necessities. Location and views were perfect. Short drive to all the restaurants and bars but just outside of all the traffic - which we love. Homeowners were very responsive and helpful with details. Definitely recommend and we will be back.

Summer Beach Trip

Great property and great A/C. Beach toys, wagon, and outdoor shower were great amenities. Host was very responsive and helpful. Cool house with a great kitchen/living area.

Great house, great host

This is the 2nd time I have rented from Jesus, 2 different houses. Both times were great and I would highly recommend him as a host and his houses are spacious and beautiful

Great house/location for beach vacay!

Perfect house for our Spring Break vacation with good view of the beach. We had a great time & Host, Jesus, always replying quickly to answer any questions. We will definitely be looking to book this house again for summer. Five stars accross the board! Thank you!

Lovely home. Very close access to a private beach. Loved the bathrooms - all 3! Very easy to use. Beautifully decorated. We will definitely rent here again. The owners were helpful, friendly, and easy to contact. Thank you.

Family Getaway

Owner was terrific. House was great. Loved how close it was to town. View from deck was just what you want. Only complaint was the neighbors we had for a couple of nights. But, you can't control who rents the house next to you. Overall, had a good time.

Very comfortable stay

The house was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the spacious living area. The master bath jacuzzi was a nice surprise. The only thing we had trouble with was the storage room outside. The locks were very corroded and hard to open. The bikes would have been fun, but all the tires were flat.

Family vacation

The check in process was very easy and fast. Jesus is very responsive. The view of the ocean was beautiful. We loved that we were provided chairs, umbrellas. And a wagon to take to the beach. This was a wonderful surprise and made packing a lot easier. There was a few things that need to fixed. The cleaning crew did not clean the decks. They were covered in food and spilled drinks. They also missed cleaning the stair rails and cabinets. We had to clean sticky rails and cabinets upon arrival. The Clorox wipes were black. The master bedding had holes in the sheets at the bottom. I didn’t notice until my toes got stuck and n the middle of the night. The previous family did not take out the trash, so our family had to stuff trash in overflowing garbage cans which brought a lot of flies. There were a few outlets that need to be fixed in the kitchen,They did not work. I do not feel Jesus is to blame for the cleaning crew. However, they do need to do better. That is a large fee we pay for cleaning when we reserve and I feel that they did a really lazy job. The other things are matainance related and can be easily fixed. Overall, our family really enjoyed the house and the location.

Thanksgiving at the beach

Our family had a week-long Thanksgiving gathering at Bonita Rita. The accommodations were excellent. Plenty of room on the second floor for lounging and dining . The bedrooms were very comfortable. Jesus was very responsive to text messages. One of our clan was injured after a trip in the driveway. Jesus expressed genuine concern and took action to help prevent similar trips in the future. We still had a wonderful time and plan to stay there again.

We loved our stay. Jesus was very helpful and the kitchen/living area actually feel larger than they look in the pictures. We loved the beach access and the rooms etc were great! This one is high on our list for a return trip.

Awesome family end of summer vaca!!!

This beach house is an excellent home and location for a family getaway! There was plenty of comfortable space for all of us to eat together, relax in the living space together, and hang out on the balconies together - key focus on being able to be TOGETHER, which is so easy with the upstairs open floor plan. I love the decor with a very tastefully done beach theme. The kitchen is so well stocked that we didn't have to use anything we brought with us - tons of cookware, utensils, and spices as well as dishes, glasses, mugs, and silverware. The appliances are clean and there are numerous small appliances provided - toaster, toaster oven, flex brew coffeemaker, and a blender. We cooked and had breakfast together each morning and had coffee on the 2nd floor balcony where you can see the ocean. There were plenty of linens for us all and we did laundry a few times in the fairly new stacked full size washer & dryer conveniently located on the 1st floor with the bedrooms. The wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys are a really helpful touch and that wagon saved us because we brought our own, but we had too much for just one! The neighborhood "private" beach was so nice for family time and keeping up with kiddos. There were plenty of things close by for shopping, dining, and entertainment with Wal-Mart, Kroger, Target, and Pleasure Pier. Last, but not least, Jesus & America are wonderful hosts and answered any questions we had very promptly. We hope to return soon to Bonita Rita!!
