Sleeper sofa in living area on second floor and another sleeper sofa in 3rd floor loft. The loft also features a "kids cove" that has a set of bunks for additional sleeping space!

"Seashine and Sunkisses" offers multiple spaces to entertain family, friends, classmates, colleagues, or couples, with the open floor plan and the 3rd floor loft, which has a large deck/balcony that offers a gulf view. Large balconies on the 2nd floor as well and a large tropical backyard to allow your family all the space it needs.

The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room for our two families and friends. It was a short walk to the beach and the golf cart was really nice to have to get around. Emerald coast did a great job from beginning to end. I would recommend to anyone.

Family Vacation

The property was clean and well kept. I wish the location of the pool and nearest pool access was clearly lined out, since there were 2 in the immediate area. We have never been to Santa Rosa, so it was hard to navigate private versus public access.There were beach supplies and chairs available which was great, and overall we will be rebooking with Emerald!

Very disappointed that their was no info in the house about things in the house, access to the beach, where the pool was located,etc. No info on operating the TV. Info on restaurants and local events. I would stay in the property again.

Beautiful roomy house close to beach access

We enjoyed our stay in this house and loved the area. House was very roomy for 12 people and very clean. We loved ending our nights sitting on the 3rd floor balcony listening to the ocean. We really enjoyed the golf cart that came with the house also. House was very close to beach access and stores. We will definitely be back. It says the driveway parks 2 cars but we were able to get 3 small cars and a minivan in the driveway. Subdivision pool was also nice and clean. We cooked in a lot and house had everything we needed.

The property was beautiful, very clean and spacious. It had everything we need to cook meals at home. We had plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows. The location was great. We enjoyed biking everywhere including Sea Side. My daughter and her friends really enjoyed the pool as well. I highly recommend this house! We had 3 adults and 7 teenagers. The adults took the two downstairs bedrooms, the teens took the main level kind room and the upstairs. It worked out perfectly!! Great house!

Lots of Walking

This is a nice house, updated and well furnished, but there’s a lot of stairs, even to the front door, so w/o a ground level kit. It’s lots of hauling and a pretty good walk to beach entrance and the beach chair rentals are another long walk from the access. The pool is also a block back and 1/2 block down… lots of walking to every amenity so be sure you are prepared for that. Convenient location, w convenience store amd restaurants really close. 5 min to seaside and 10 min to rosemary, so that was nice.

Nice house- great location

The house had plenty of space for our big group and was in a great location. The beach access was convenient and there was a gas station on your way that had tons of stuff. We rented a golf cart and were able to park it at the gas station right across from beach access. You could walk to a few food options so that was nice. The pool was smaller but there wasn’t many people using it either time went. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was located a short walk to the beach and just minutes from Seaside. It was able to accommodate 3 families comfortably. The pull out sofa beds could use an upgrade, but other than that the house was perfect! Would definitely recommend this house.

Great property!

Great location! Short walk to beach and restaurants. Short drive or bike ride to Seaside. House had plenty of room for 6 adults. We didn’t even use the top floor for sleeping so it’d be great for kids! We had a minor issue but it was fixed the same day I messaged them! We would definitely stay here again!!

Overall, the unit was clean. The carpet downstairs was quite stained and dirty, but certainly understand due to guests coming and going each week. Me and my family had a very enjoyable vacation.

Memories on the beach

This property was very close walk or bike ride to the beach. The golf cart was in good condition and was nice that saved us from having to rent one. The location was great from Seaside and the beach. My little boy loved the stairs and all the floors. The seating was comfortable throughout the house . The TVs throughout the house was great and the ability to watch Netflix on all of them was a great bonus. The property wasn’t quite as clean as Usually is at places I’ve stayed in the past or even as my home so that was lacking but other than that it was a great place to stay and would definitely visit here again .

Group Family Vacation

There was 12 in our group, 6 adults and 6 children ages 12 to 17. This house had more than enough space for all of us. The house was very clean upon our arrival. The description for this property is very accurate. I would say we took advantage of all the amenities at the property as well as the close by shops and eateries. We loved that this property was right between Destin and Panama City, making it a short drive to either. Our beach was also not as packed as the larger beach towns. The only small complaint we had about this property is the kitchen trash can was too small and would not hold the trash bags in it. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a fun, relaxing family vacation here at Seagrove beach. The house was great!

This house was very well suited to our family needs. The beds are all excellent so we were all able to rest well. The house was clean, & communication with the manager was always prompt, and he was able to meet all our requests. The outdoor shower was helpful for cleanup after beach trips & the golf cart was a big plus in transporting all our gear to and from the beach. The pool was just around the corner - very nice & clean. There is a market within walking distance and a Publix about 10 min. from the house. The gear we received from VayK gear rental was very helpful and in good shape, and there waiting for us when we arrived. Lots of restaurants close by- we enjoyed dinner & movie at the Hub one night, as well as Shades, the Old Florida Fish House, carry-out at 30A cafe. Great experience for all!

Great week in a great town.

Blocks from beach access and minutes from family friendly Seaside. The house was plenty big enough for 6. Neighborhood was fun. Spring break week was busy, but contained. We would recommend.

Perfect place to escape!

I have stayed in this house twice and would definitely stay here again! Location is wonderful with easy access to the beach. Everything is updated and very clean. Great spot for a family vacation or a girls’ trip!

Great vacation get away!

This is a beautiful quiet place within walking distance to the beach. We found it very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable beds, spacious, and a well equipped kitchen. Having a golf cart to explore all the 30A dining and shopping was a great treat, and a short walk to the beach made the location very convenient. We look forward to staying at this location again in the future.
