THE SPACE
Open loft, detached from main house in safe, quiet neighborhood near downtown and beaches. Fully equipped kitchen + washer and dryer and everything you need for a day at the beach. The space is beautiful with nice extras like Behringer Truth speakers (plug and play from your cell phone), 65" Smart TV with cable and over 140 movies on DVD and Blue Ray, lots of games & wireless internet.

THE LOCATION
Walk to all of the shops and restaurants of downtown Jensen Beach, they are 2 blocks away ...4 min. on foot, 1 min. by car. We have the closest proximity to downtown on VRBO.

GUEST ACCESS
Full access to side yard. The loft is detached from the main house. Reserved parking space (2 cars max. please)

INTERACTIONS WITH GUESTS
We're locals and would love to give you tips on restaurants, excursions, boating, fishing, etc.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

SECURITY DEPOSIT: We don't charge one.

RATES/EXTRA GUESTS: Nightly rate is for one or two guests only. For more than two guests there is an extra charge of $20 per person/per night, including children. Please put the correct number of guests (children + adults) when booking. If you only plan to have extra guests for part of your stay, please let us know and we will work out an arrangement.
Not a party house.

NUMBER OF GUESTS: Skyline Loft sleeps 2 guests very comfortably, and 3 or 4 guests comfortably (see "Bedrooms" for description of sleeping arrangement). The recommended number of guests is 4, but in the case of a family with children, it's no problem to sleep 5.

CHILDREN: We love hosting guests with children, but children do count as extra guests. Please count children in the total number of guests when you book. The loft is not appropriate for infants or toddlers (under age 4) due to the steep wooden stairs in the loft.

-"GUESTS OF GUESTS" POLICY: Having someone on the property that is not on the reservation must be discussed and approved by property owner. If approved, we may ask that identities be verified. If you would like for them to spend the night, the reservation must be amended. Owner reserves the right to deny. Guests (and guests of guests) who disregard this policy may be asked to leave.

SMOKING POLICY: Smoking outside only. No smoking inside.

PETS: 1 small dog ok (25 lb. max.). $50 pet fee required (when booking, please click 'guests', then choose PETS,,,YES, then click apply). We also have a small dog who gets along well with others. We have a fenced in yard and we consider it a safe place for dogs. With that said, you must bring your dog(s) at your own risk. Skyline Loft and the owners of Skyline Loft assume no liability to anything related to guests pets, including: any injury to guests pet during escape of enclosure (ie. dog digs under fence or gate is left open) ; any issues involving bites (includes both 'bites to' or 'bites from' guests pets).

This property is a tucked away hidden gem. Clean, comfy, and within walking distance of downtown Jensen Beach.Owner was very nice and made sure our stay was great!Im sure this property has several repeat visitors.

Very clean and great location!

My husband and son stayed there and it was just as advertised! Perfect for the two of them. My husband said it was cute and very clean! They walked to several restaurants close by. His only suggestion was having some more instructions, like where to find the bedding for the couch, etc.

Great location

I really enjoyed the property, and Andrew made us feel at home. There was a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and utensils. The living room had tons of movies, records, games, and subscriptions on TV.

Clean and neat, good privacy and friendly hosts.

We got our first taste of authentic Florida here. The area is nice and the location of the VRBO is really convenient if you want to pick up groceries or walk to one of a few bars and restaurants. The place has everything you need and the hosts will help if there's something missing. My wife and I spent our 22nd Valentine's day here and we enjoyed the entire time.

New to area

We were new to the Jensen beach area. The property is in a great location, walking distance to downtown and short drive to the beaches and other attractions, the landlords were wonderful, on site and available for any questions or concerns. Comfortable bed, nice linens and lovely decorated.

Best Place to Stay In Jensen Beach

The property was extremely clean and the hosts were friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is a great location to be able to walk to everything in Jensen Beach. Literally a block to the grocery store, produce stand, numerous restaurants and boutiques (with varying price ranges)! Having returned, after living in this area, I can say I was very happy with this stay and was delighted that everything was so close. A relative came to visit for two days and was absolutely thrilled with the housing unit and "downtown" Jensen Beach!

Great location

I was in town for a 10 day course for state licensing. The loft's location was within a short drive to the school the beach and any shoping needed. It also was a 2 block walk to many restaurants and shops in historic Jensen Beach. The loft was secure and quiet. The hosts were nice and accommodating. I would definitely return.

The owner met us to check us in - gave a thorough explanation of all amenities Property is clean, comfortable and has anything you might need for your stay in beach country. Property is well equipped with nice linens, towels, dishes, etc. they also have coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs for your use if needed. Large assortment of movies and games. Good, central location. Owner also offers boat trips and is an awesome guide. Plan on returning next year to this property.

Great apartment ..absolutely great loft, full kitchen and all the amenities you would need for a great stay. Andrew our host was so accommodating and so helpful..pointing out the restaurants, places of interest etc…an absolute delight staying at his place. My little bichon dog found a new friend with Andrew’s Bella..it was such a joy watching them running around in the enclosed backyard where they were safe and sound. I highly recommend you staying at this place. Amenities such as HD tv with Roku, Hulu, Netflix, Disney Plus etc. You even have a turntable with some vintage LPs . Andrew..thank you so much for being so hospitable and making us feel like our home away from home.

Hi, we are the Wise's, Andrew, Wynsum and Alyssa. We bought the property in 1999 and built the loft in 2001, the same year our daughter was born. The loft was originally built as an editing studio. In 2011, we decided to move to Germany. We kept out property here and added a kitchen and bathroom to the loft so that we could rent it while we lived in Berlin. In 2016, we moved back from Germany and our loft became a vacation rental. Since then we have enjoyed hosting guests from around the country and around the world.

Why they chose this property

We really enjoy sharing our local knowledge and helping visitors to have the best time they can have on their visit to Florida. We have traveled around the world and stayed in many vacation rentals... some fantastic and some not so great. We always tried to notice what made some places great and what made others not so hot and we tried to incorporate what we learned into our own vacation rental. If you have ever slept on a mattress made of straw (literally, as we did in Berlin) and then, by contrast, slept on a Stearns & Foster, then you will know what I mean. It's why we put a Stearns & Foster up in the loft . We feel that the difference is in the details.

What makes this property unique

We are just across the street from a Publix supermarket. We are closer to downtown Jensen Beach than any other VRBO property... it's just 2 blocks away. The river is 3 blocks away and the beaches are less than 3 miles away. We also have everything you need to cook, iron clothes, do laundry, watch TV or movies on a 65" LED (including a collection of over 140 movies on DVD and Blue Ray with most genres [ie. Surf's Up], dramas [ie. The Notebook], comedys [ie. The Hangover], action [ie. The Bourne Idenity], classics [ie. Sound of Music]. We also have high quality Behringer Truth speakers which you can plug your cell phone into for high quality audio playback of your favorite music. Going to the beach? provide beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas and coolers. We love living here and can help you make the most of your visit to Florida by sharing our local knowledge with you. Want to charter an unsinkable boat? have one on site. Want to learn how to fish for snook? ...I can share my techniques and my secret fishing spots with you. Whether you want to know where the most beautiful beaches are, want to go fishing for sharks or want advice on renting Kayaks or booking an airboat excursion,,, we would be happy to help make your vacation the best it can be!
