About this property

Paradise Palace and POOL home

Your oasis awaits. A clean, comfortable, tropical getaway once owned by the famous actor Vincent D`Onofrio.

Close to the beaches, off shore fishing, kayaking, golfing year round and fantastic shopping or just relax at the nearest Tiki bar and restaurant overlooking the water. Cape Coral is the 5th largest city in Florida. We have over 400 miles of canals for boating and fishing and over 39 parks for your recreation. Please note our NO PARTIES and no SMOKING policy.



This is a large custom home that consists of 1 Master Suite that overlooks the pool, includes a large custom bath and walk in closet, 2 guest bedrooms with a pool bath. Outside is a PRIVATE HEATED POOL. The pool deck has plenty of room to lounge in the sun or shade. Enjoy a round of Cornhole in the private yard with a six foot privacy fence.

Inside we have WIFI and smart TV`s throughout. There is a spacious great room for entertainment, board game table and large smart TV. Full custom kitchen with a breakfast nook overlooking the pool as well as a large formal dinning area.

Let us know if you are interested in adding the the extra, private in law apartment/suite located on the property. It is a separate rental that you can reserve if you want more space. It has a separate entrance and parking, mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave.



You, and you only, will have complete access to the main house and pool.



We live in the neighborhood. Please contact us if you need anything.



This rental is located in a pleasant and quiet residential neighborhood. Please keep in mind our NO LOUD NOISE OR MUSIC policy.



ALSO, there are a few exterior security cameras on the property.

We live very close so give us a shout if you need anything.



You will want your own transportation or uber for getting around.



PLEASE NOTE: We have a strict no smoking policy. There will be a $250. fee charged if the inside of your rental unit has any lingering smoke or vapor odors after your stay. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY OR CLOSE TO ANY DOOR WAY. Thank you.

Pleasant stay at a convenient location

We had a great experience at this property. Our flight got in after midnight, but the self check in process was simple and easy. The space was clean. And the location is in a nice neighborhood with easy access to everything. Especially four mile cove park which was beautiful.

Cozy, beautifully decorated. Our host was very accommodating as 1st nite brought over Mr. Coffee pot, TV antenna and a new grill.

We did all we could to accomodate. The "coffee pot" and "TV antenna" mentioned in the review was that our guests were not comfortable with the newer style k-cup coffee maker or the wifi internet TV access. Within a couple hours after their arrival on the first night I went out and purchased a classic pot style coffee maker and an amplified high def. TV antenna and installed them. Unfortunately they also had difficulty turning on the water in the shower and starting the out door grill. Upon arrival they seemed confused and disappointed that we did not have a full kitchen though we feel that we described the suite with text and photos as well as we possible. Still I have to say our guests were pleasant at all times and our our interaction was positive. Thanks for reading Gary

Clean and comfortable

This is perfect for a couple if you’re not needing to cook meals besides using a microwave and having a refrigerator. The hot tub is set up well with privacy fence. We could hear the people living in the main house, but it wasn't disruptive. We enjoyed staying here and visiting the area.

The perfect house for our family get away! Such a cute neighborhood and close to our family who lives in the area. The pool was fabulous and we loved the TVs in each bedroom. Kitchen had just about everything we needed 🤗 Beds were super comfortable and linens were crisp and clean. Plenty of towels for pool and bathrooms. Definitely would stay in the future.
