The space
This is an immaculate three bedroom, two bath waterfront home with a heated pool. It is conveniently located just one mile down the street from the heart of Cape Coral retail on Del Prado Blvd, yet it is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

A beautiful lanai and pool area lead down the steps to the waterfront - a wraparound dock and seawall that gives you access to the canal to enjoy our kayaks or bring your own boat.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, garage and yard, as well as the dock. The owner keeps one vehicle in the two-car garage.

The house was clean comfortable and inviting. More than an ample amount of kitchen ware. Our dog felt comfortable within the fenced in area. This trip was a last minute decision and it couldn't have worked out better.

Great stay

Clean and spacious home in a quiet neighborhood but close to many businesses. We had a great time playing corn hole and lounging by the pool. Loved the outdoor TV! We basically lived in the lanai from our morning coffee to evening cocktails. And so cool to be on the canal! We even caught a fish! Great communication from the host. He answered questions promptly. We would definitely recommend Tropical Breeze!
