Very comfortable, spacious, well equipped apartment 5 min walk from the beach in St Maxime

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this apartment in July 2022. The apartment is top, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay of a family: 2 bedrooms, a living room with a convertible sofa, separate shower room and WC, air conditioner / la clim (only in the living room), Netflix and a large screen TV, all kitchen appliances and electric devices, a lot of pillows/duvets, 2 balcons. It’s just a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach and Bianca Cabana plage café, and it is a 1 min walk from a large Carrefour grocery store. It’s on the 4th floor and has a parking space outside the entrance. The apartment is spacious (68m2) and in a good condition. We really enjoyed our family holiday staying there. I fully recommend it.

Location très bien

Location proche de tous les commerces, du centre ville et de la plage. L'appartement est confortable avec la climatisation dans le salon ce qui est appréciable. Il est joliment décoré et ai très complet au niveau de la cuisine.A recommander

Appartement spacieux très bien équipé Climatisation Parking privatif sécurisé Idéalement situé 😎

L’appartement est idéalement situé. L’ensemble des commerces et des activités sont proches et accessibles à pieds. L’agencement des pièces est généreux. Le mobilier est de qualité. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le parking privatif sécurisé permet « d’oublier la voiture » pendant les vacances. Notre hote est attentif à ce que notre séjour se passe parfaitement. Nous le remercions. Sainte Maxime est très accueillante et idéalement située dans le golfe de Saint Tropez.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, qui est grand, propre, très bien organisé, proche de centre ville ainsi que de la base nautique, la clim est un plus.

Eté 2019 à Sainte Maxime

Appartement très lumineux, spacieux, très très bien équipé (climatisation, cuisine équipée, belle salle de bain, 2 chambres spacieuses) et place de parking sécurisé. La déco est moderne, soignée et épurée. Très bien situé pour ceux qui ne veulent pas utiliser leur voiture pendant les vacances proche des commerces, centre ville et plage ; nous avons effectué nos déplacements à pieds. Pour les autres visites nous avons utilisé les navettes bateaux verts que nous utilisons depuis plusieurs années. L'agence immobilière qui gère la location sur place est parfaite, leur personnel est très professionnel, ponctuel et disponible. Nous vous remercions Monsieur Creuzet pour ce séjour très agréable. Ps : pour les gourmands il y a pleins de bons petits restaurants à découvrir sur sainte maxime!!!!

Bien exculisif

Bonne situation de l'appartement, au calme, proche commerce et de la mer. L'appartement est propre et la literie de bonne qualité. La climatisation est appréciable. L'appartement est bien équipé, lave linge, lave vaisselle, four, four micro onde, cafetière... parfait. nous avons eu un très agréable séjour. Merci à vous Mr CREUZET.
