The Space:

Soft morning light filters through tall windows as you step into beach air scented with salt and swaying palms. From the porches and gathering spaces, you can look toward the Destin Harbor or the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, taking in views that shift throughout the day. The spacious layout invites you to unwind with family and friends, whether you are relaxing indoors or spending time by the pool in Destin’s warm coastal climate.



Sleeping arrangements

This 2-story home with an additional upper level is designed for up to 16 guests, offering 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. The first floor features built-in twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa near the game room. The second floor includes two king suites, each with its own bathroom, adjoining the 2 story great room, kitchen, and dining area. On the third floor, two additional king suites with bathrooms and a kids room with 2 twins create a comfortable retreat. A 2nd living room on this level offers more space to gather.



Outdoor living

A private heated pool sits beside a deck area framed by mature landscaping and palm trees. The outdoor deck on the second floor includes a propane grill and space to enjoy coastal breezes. Guests also have access to a private entrance and private Holiday Isle Beach Access within a gated beach community. Beach essentials are provided for days spent along the shoreline.



Kitchen and dining

The U-shaped kitchen connects directly to the 2 story great room, creating an open space for preparing meals while staying part of the conversation. A dining area and bar seating offer room for shared meals, and a fully stocked kitchen supports longer stays with essentials for cooking.



Indoor spaces

Vaulted ceilings and ceiling height windows bring in abundant daylight and frame views of the harbor and Gulf. New 4k UHD Smart TV's, free WiFi, and a dedicated workspace provide comfort for both leisure and remote work. A game room, multiple living areas, and thoughtfully arranged bedrooms give guests room to spread out across the home’s three levels.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The property is located on Holiday Isle and features private beach access to the community beach in Destin that lays between the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin harbor. Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida is known for its gated beachfront access with limited access to our Holiday Isle homeowners and guests. Miles of relaxing white-sand beaches to walk, some great shore fishing, deep-sea fishing right in the harbor, and some of the most authentic waterside experiences this little slice of Northwest Florida paradise has to offer.
