The Fleet - Arnerault Beach District

This House of 90 m2 with a very large private courtyard, Rue de l'Ocean, facing south, is ideally placed a few meters from the beach Arnerault and less than 400 meters from the port of La Flotte. House feels, equipment and new furniture.

Séjour en famille

Charmante maison bien agencée, disposant d’une petite cour et d’un abri pour ranger les vélos et bien placée. Le village de la Flotte est très agréable avec son port, ses commerces, ses animations… Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Tophaus in La Flotte

Ein wunderbares Haus mit viel Platz, sehr guter Küche und hübscher Terrasse. Toller Empfang durch Marie–Laure und 2 nette Willkommensgeschenke von M. Huron. Perfekte Lage zum Dorf mit Hafen, zum Strand. Es fehlte an nichts und wir können dieses Haus zu 100 % empfehlen. Sollten wir erneut nach La Flotte reisen, muss es wieder dieses Haus sein. Danke an den Eigentümer und an Marie–Lare!!!

Superbe séjour à l’île de Ré

Une maison avec tout le confort qu’on attend: bien décorée, bonne literie, de nombreux rangements, 2 salles de bain pour 3 chambres, cuisine toute équipée, abri pour les vélos, terrasse avec parasol, portillon avec digicode. Il ne manque plus que les draps soient compris dans la location. La plage est toute proche et le centre ville guerre plus loin, on fait tout à pied! La situation de la Flotte permet de sillonner quasiment toute l’île à vélo avec des enfants de 9 ans. Marie-Laure nous a très bien conseillé sur les restaurants, plages et visites à faire. Les propriétaires sont forts sympathiques. Très belle maison, très beau village, très belle île, nous avons adoré! Géraldine et Fabien de Suisse

Maison très agréable et un très bon accueil

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est lumineuse, parfaitement équipée et joliment décorée. Elle est très bien située pour profiter des commerces de la Flotte, partir en balade à pied en bord de mer ou à vélo dans l'île. Et un grand merci pour l'accueil, les suggestions d'excursions à vélo, de restaurants et les petits présents locaux à l'arrivée très appréciés.

Excellentes vacances

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette très agréable location. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, la maison parfaitement équipée, d’une propreté irréprochable et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Tout est accessible en quelques minutes, le centre-ville, la plage et les commerces. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucune réserve. Merci encore pour votre accueil chaleureux et sympathique.

Une location idéale en toute saison

Nous avons séjourné aux vacances de la Toussaint. La maison est confortable même quand il fait froid et idéalement placée près du centre et de la plage. Tout est très accessible à pied ou à vélo. Elle est très bien équipée au niveau de la cuisine, nous n’avons manqué de rien. La propreté était irréprochable. L’accueil de Marie Laure était très chaleureux et elle nous a donné plein d’idées de visite. Je conseille sans hésiter !

Parfait

Logement très propre et agréable, il ne manque absolument rien. Lieu de départ parfait pour visiter l île à vélo . Nous reviendrons dans ce logement sans hésitations . Contact très agréable avec le propriétaire et Marie Laure pour la réception des clés.

Quelle maison !

Toute la famille a apprécié la configuration, le confort et l’équipement hors norme de la maison. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour bien que l’île ne nous ait pas totalement séduits. Merci à Marie-Laure et Didier pour leur contact chaleureux.

La Réserve sans réserve !!

Une des plus chouettes maisons que nous ayons louée sur l’ile De ré (et ça fait 20 ans qu’on vient!) Très bon emplacement, maison très fonctionnelle, parfaite pour 5 ou 6. A bientôt !

Highly recommended

A superb property that exceeded our expectations. The house was beautifully appointed, modern yet characterful, and very well equipped. We had everything we needed! The location was perfect, too - a few minutes’ walk to the beach and not much further to the centre of the village. La Flotte itself is gorgeous - very quaint with its harbour and cluster of restaurants and shops close by. You’re spoilt for choice for lunch and dinner. Of course, bike hire is a must on Ile de Re and we enjoyed hiring the bikes and touring the coast - also cycling into La Rochelle. Finally our hosts Didier and Marie were fantastic - so charming and helpful, and communication with them before our stay was easy and efficient. Thanks to you both!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in lebhafter Umgebung

In dem neu und modern eingerichteten und sanierten Ferienhaus fehlt es an fast nichts. An den sehr heißen Nächten wäre ein Ventilator schön gewesen. Wenn man Nachts die Fenster auflässt, ist beim Schlafen teilweise der Straßenlärm störend. Sehr gut hat uns gefallen, dass man privat auf dem kleinen Hof sitzen kann und man zum Meer nur um die Ecke gehen braucht. Kostenfreies Parken war hin und wieder Glückssache. Toll war auch, dass wir die Waschmaschine nach Bedarf nutzen konnten. Alles in Allem ist es empfehlenswert.

Tolles Haus, toller Sommer, toller Urlaub!!

Das Haus ist super. Alles sehr geschmackvoll und neu eingerichtet. Wir haben uns mit 4 Erwachsenen auf den 2 Etagen super wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. In dem kleinen Innenhof sitzt man sehr privat, im Schatten oder in der Sonne. Der klitzekleine Wehrmutstropfen waren die nicht wirklich bequemen Stühle, und leider keine Liege. Aber das war nicht wirklich schlimm. 3 Minuten zum Stadtstrand von La Flotte und keine 10 Minuten in diesen Ort, wo man fast glaubt es wäre eine Filmkulisse. Zauberhaft!! Mit dem Rad fährt man problemlos zu den wunderschönen Stränden auf der anderen Seite der Insel oder nach Saint Martin. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Und dann gerne in dieses schöne Haus.
