Home away from home

We loved our stay and the resort is beautiful! Clean and so much room to host a large group! Lazy river, arcade and pool was much enjoyed by our kids! Helps the kids use up some energy and come back to relax at the house! Can’t wait for our next visit!

Beautiful home and great time

The kids played in the art room when the weather was rainy and when the sun was out we were at the pool! Can’t wait to come back! The home we stayed was perfect for the 5 couples - we all got our own bedroom and bathroom. The house was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and more. It had tons of board game options and an Xbox. Provides many options for all ages! Location is great. We were 5 minutes from the bottom entrance of Snow Canyon. We enjoyed some hiking and biking! We will be back!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Home had everything we needed. The kids loved the Karaoke machine. The views from the deck was a nice surprise. Just a few steps away from the clubhouse.

The house was fabulous, perfect size, everything you need is available, stocked with games, karaoke, Xbox, etc.. The pool is perfect for all ages (even my 73 year old dad went down the water slide)! The club house was a big hit with our kids, and the gym was great. Snow canyon is only 5 min away, grocery stores, gas station are a couple minutes away, and it’s Eve still close to the BLVD in st George. All of the staff we came in contact with were SO friendly and so willing to help! We couldn’t have picked a better place to vacation! We will definitely be returning!

The adjustable beds were amazing and the flat-screens in every room helped keep different groups entertained at all times. This unit is about as close as you can get to the clubhouse where we had a blast in the pool, lazy river, hot-tubs, and inside playing games. We love this place!

The rooms are spread out so no rooms back up to each other and5 bathrooms with this group was amazing. The Resort is just that. The clubhouse and pool was just across the street with no noise. The staff was always helpful and super kind. Close to many State Parks and Zion during the day and lazy river and pool in the evening. House was super clean, new, comfortable. Only needed a broom to keep the floors cleaner from small children instead of getting the vacuum out all the time.Great stay!

Perfect Party Pkace

We had 20 of us in OB-BA-DI #28 and it fit us perfectly The 5 Bdrm 5 Bath was great. Even with the large numbers it wasn’t crowded. The pool/lazy river/slide is a kids dream come true. The only reason I didn’t give Arcadia 5 stars, is it’s still under construction. Crossing our fingers that there are tennis courts and pickle ball courts are in future plans. Highly recommend. The activity coordinator was marvelous. She gets 5 stars

Adjustable beds, outdoor lighting for the evening views & bbq, and being right across from the pool/community center make this place an absolute dream. And that pool— fun for all ages!! The Xbox was a huge hit with the teenagers, and all of the games and little things helped us make memories once the sun went down. We literally have been coming up with reasons to come back again. When split with a couple of families it’s the price of a hotel, yet absolute luxury. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

The home was beautiful, comfortable and exceeded our expectations in every way. The Mountain Views from the patio of the unit we stayed in(#28) were breathtaking. This Resort is One of a kind! Our children quite literally didn’t want to leave! The pool is Amazing!!! Our kids spent endless hours swimming and playing at the pool. It has 2 Hottubs, Waterfalls and buckets that pour water, and the slide and Lazy river are both So much fun! The clubhouse has basketball games and arcade games as well as Ping pong and board games etc...They even have an Arts and Crafts room! The Staff are Super friendly and made sure we had absolutely Everything we needed. The Location is Excellent. We were able to easily hike at Snow Canyon as it’s just a short drive away. The drive to Zion also wasn’t bad at all. There is also a wonderful grocery store called Harmons just down the street that has everything you might need. We absolutely can’t wait to come back!!! Thanks Arcadia!!!!
