Great for our big family!

This property was beautiful, clean, and we loved how well it accommodated multiple families. Plenty of dishes, bathrooms and everything you need in the kitchen. The kids loved hanging out in the large living area upstairs and we appreciated that there was a TV in each room. All rooms were very nice which made divvying them up very easy. My only criticism would be that the shampoo and conditioner are pretty bad. I’ll pack my own if we ever stay again.

Not worth the money

We couldn’t get into our house because the lock was busted, maintenance had to come let us in. While they were there the arcade driving game fell over on my four year old cracking his head. It was not secured and fell over when he grabbed the wheel slicing his head requiring stitches. The pool was not heated, 2nd time thats happened in as many stays. None of the toys in the club house are fully stocked, half of them work. To top it off, the sewage backed up into our place coming through the showers, toilets and tub. I didn’t receive an apology until I called to complain. I told them they need to make this right and I still haven’t heard back from them. Find another resort, it’s not worth the headache and money.

Great Place and Location Close to Pool

We really enjoyed our stay at Arcadia. Unit 20 is in great location of the community that backs up to grass area and right across from the pool which made it so convenient. The unit is well equipped and very spacious with plenty of room for the 6 adults and 6 kids in our group. The clubhouse is also very nice, although its a bummer that it closes at 7pm and is closed entirely on Sundays. The pool is wonderful and my kids loved the lazy river. Great place to stay in Southern Utah.

Great location, wonderful home, plenty of room for big families. Super clean, great pool and lawn area. Fun outdoor games. Amazing resort with tons of room for families. Loved our stay and will definitely stay again!

Wonderful house!!!

This property exceeded our expectations! Clean, comfortable, spacious and well furnished. When we come back to this area, we are definitely staying here again!
