Have children? Fantastic! We do too, so we’re equipped to provide almost anything you’d need for all ages & stages. Ask and you shall receive: * Crib * Toys * High chair * Swing * Sippy cups Just check with me before packing anything bulky because chances are we’ll have one you can use. All we ask is that you treat them nicely and clean them up if they get messy. Have a furry friend to bring? You’re in luck because we love dogs too. Just make sure we’ve approved your pet before you arrive. Your pet will count as a special guest, so we charge an additional $100/week for their visit. All provided for your convenience: * Bowls for food and water * A dog bed * Large dog crate * Poopie bags * Treats * The yard and house are both treated for pet-related pests (i.e. fleas) We hope that all of these amenities provide an added value to our guests that you just can’t find at a hotel. Important pet rules to mind: * Absolutely NO dogs on the furniture and bed. We’re very strict about this. * Take or crate your dog(s) whenever you’re not on the premises. NOTE: Violations of this rule will be asked to leave. I was recently bitten by a guest’s dog. If your dog can't abide kennels then we are not a good fit. We will provide a kennel for your use. * No excessive barking is permitted – this is a quiet neighborhood and a dog in distress isn’t pleasant for the neighbors. Do not leave your dog outside for extended lengths of time unattended. General house rules & info (full list of rules is under the rules section): * We retain the right to check on our property and may need to enter for reasons unrelated to your stay (i.e. storage, electrical, or utility access). * Be a respectful visitor is all we ask. Please keep food in the right places, small children in safe areas and well attended, pets off of the furniture, and treat our home with care and kindness. Guest access: *The entire house is for you, accept the basement which is a walk out apartment. We ask that you please be courteous of noise after 9pm and before 8am. If you are going to have late night hang outs please keep those to the upstairs living room. The downstairs kitchen can cause noise transfer. :)
Interaction with guests I will happily meet you and show you around the house, set you up with new key codes and answer any of the questions you might have. Otherwise, I can be as involved in your visit as you’d like. I have shown many guests around downtown and other guests appreciate to explore and adventure on their own. Just let me know what you prefer and we’ll make it happen.

This home was just what we needed. We were in town for a convention. It was close and convenient to the convention center. There were 4 families staying in this home. With 3 floors, 2 kitchens, 3 living spaces and 4 full bathrooms this home was very accommodating. We were able to put a family with kids upstairs, younger couples downstairs offer space and piece for night owls and early birds. Very close to many parks, the kids love the extra toys in the house.
Very good stay, only a couple minute drive to most things downtown. The place was very spacious and clean and owner was quick and nice to communicate with. :)
We were in Raleigh for my sons wedding and had a great stay at this property. All of our events were in downtown Raleigh which was a very easy 5 minute drive. We could have walked! The house fit our group very comfortably. The beds were comfortable, the house clean, and the location was quiet and private. Host was very responsive and amenable.
This was the perfect spot to enjoy the Intl Bluegrass Music Assoc festival in Raleigh. The house was about 1 mile from the music stages so it was within walking distance (for those up for the walk). Or, honestly, parking is really not that hard so we did end up driving to/from the festival one day (Uber also works well). We had plenty of space including a living room on the main level and also one upstairs that was great. All in all, we would definitely stay again!

Worst House Ever
the house had people living in the basement, which is ironic since VRBO advertises the opposite. the house was nothing like it looked online. The neighborhood was not good, the yard was horrendous, had to share parking with the people who live in the basement and no street parking. No internet/tv service the entire time because the internet was down and no cable.
Owner canceled 3 hours before check in ruining a family trip to celebrate Thanksgiving saying there were plumbing issues when we drove by the house seemed to be full with cars in driveway…
Beautiful home. Great location. Communication with owner was perfect. So helpful and accomodating.
Our nephew got married at Sacred Heart downtown. Most of family stayed at AC hotel so we were close. The home is beautiful and comfortable. Juliana was very professional to work with and extremely helpful.
The house was large enough for 12 but the kitchen supplies we not adequate. The toaster was broken, there were very few pots and pan. Not enough towels. The outdoor grill did not work., That aside, the beds were very comfortable, the location was great and the host was available and accomodating.
This is a lovely clean property. We were all in town for my niece's high school graduation. It was a great space for us to hangout and catch-up as the Pandemic has kept some of us apart for quite a while. There was food, fun, and fellowship and lots of space to do it. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed.
This property is everything it says and you see online. It is very clean and inviting and Juliana is a wonderful host. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay in Raleigh!

LOVE this home!
This was the best VRBO we have ever rented. We booked both of Juliana's two downtown homes for our wedding parties. This house was one of the two. The beds were divine, the decor was beautiful, everything was so super clean. I have never had such a great stay. Juliana is super easy to work with, very responsive, and friendly. We really appreciated all the little extra touches. Thank you Juliana for making this aspect of our wedding easier and even more special. (Ill send you some of our getting ready pictures at the house when we get them!)
