Main cottage sleeps 9 with 4 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, Kitchen with island, separate dining area and living area. 8 x 30 attached deck has western exposure views with stunning sunsets going down over the water and the presidential mountain range. Has an aluminum dock system and a mooring right in front of the private beach. High Speed Internet and access to streaming TV as well.

We have expanded the living space over the garage which now has two more bedrooms, a full bath with shower/tub combination, kitchenette and a living / dining area and an outdoor shower! Private deck with spectacular water views. (Pictures not yet available)

My Wife Alicia have owned property on the island since 1998 and we have been coming to Frye Island with our two children every year since then. When I was very young my family would come up to Sebago Lake for our Summer vacation. To me, Summer Vacation means Sebago Lake!
Why they chose this property
This cottage is set on the best frontage on the island. The sunsets are stunning and the houses in this cove are protected from the winds coming from the north, south and east. The cottages is cozy and sleeps nine comfortably with room for 5 more guests in the new buildout over the garage. Beautiful water views from the 8 x 30 deck.
