Ruskin Street and close to Ruskin Park, you can be assured of minimal noise and traffic yet just a quick stroll to the beach and town center. The wide and comfortable screened porch is at the ready to expand the living area outdoors and welcome you to perfect the simple art of porch sitting. For the sun lover, the open deck on the second level offers the opportunity to work on that tan while avoiding the sand that comes with sunning.
On the first floor you will find an open and spacious living area and dining area with plenty of natural light. A fully equipped kitchen that looks out to the living area. Also located on the first floor are two queen bedrooms, both with private baths with shower/tub combos and one of the queen bedrooms has a private screened porch.
Head upstairs where you will find a quiet seating area with a desk. Another queen bedroom that has access to a private screened in porch and the fourth bedroom that has two twin beds. Both bedrooms share a Jack n Jill bath. Plus there is a twin bonus room. There is a sundeck as well as a backyard deck with grill for outdoor dining.
* Occupancy for this home is only 8 even though there is a bonus room, you can not over-occupy.
* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.
