We’re a family from Minnesota who loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s at the lake in the summer or skiing in the winter. We enjoy traveling and creating special memories with our kids, and hosting gives us the opportunity to help other families do the same. We’ve put a lot of care into our home and love sharing it with guests who are looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of Watercolor.

Watercolor is truly one of a kind. It has a peaceful, coastal charm that’s perfect for families and couples alike. The neighborhood is beautifully maintained with tree-lined streets, scenic bike paths, and easy access to white-sand beaches and dune lakes. We especially love the laid-back atmosphere and how everything is just a short walk or bike ride away—beach clubs, pools, restaurants, and nature trails are all right at your fingertips.

Our home is thoughtfully designed to feel like a true getaway. It’s spacious yet cozy, with plenty of room for gathering together or finding a quiet corner to relax. Guests love the open layout, and inviting porches. We also provide extra touches like bikes, beach gear, and access to a 6-passenger golf cart to make exploring Watercolor and Seaside fun and convenient.
