We loved this property! It was very clean and well stocked with kitchen and beach essentials. The beach access was very close and not overcrowded. The host was very helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely property, felt at home right away, close proximity to the beach, spacious, great pool and hot tub, very well maintained, loved the enclosed porch (great for morning coffee and chats), excellent and communicative host with great customer service…perfect place for our mother-daughter trip!! Beach home vacation

Great house- perfect for our family trip with friends. Carriage house is wonderful and house had everything we needed! Host is so thoughtful and accommodating. Beautiful beach access too.

Amazing!

This beautiful home had the perfect amount of space for my family (7 adults). The pool and fire pit were fabulous. The beach and Seaside hub were quick and easy walks away. We loved our stay in this amazing place!!

I can’t say enough good things about this home or the sweet hosts!! The location is excellent, an easy walk to the beach or square! The house was so pretty and squeaky clean! I’m technologically challenged and messed up the pool and the sweet hosts were so helpful!! I have honestly never stayed in a vacation rental where the hosts were this kind and attentive!! It was absolutely perfect for my daughter’s birthday/fall break trip!!

Great spot

This is a great little spot tucked away just outside of Seaside. Our teens loved the carriage house bunk room. The adults enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the main house. The pool and spa were a nice break spot away from the beach. We had a great family getaway and would definitely go back!

Wonderful property and property owner

The stay could not have been better. The cute home and cottage was just lovely, peaceful and well appointed. It was perfect for our stay. Jamie was always available for questions and suggestions. It was a perfect trip, would rent the home again without hesitation!!

What a wonderful week we had in this incredible home. It's always a pleasure when my expectations are exceeded in every possible way. Every detail was so thoughtful and felt like home. Jamie and Steve are premier hosts for sure and available in a minutes notice. I rented a golfcart that was perfect for local trips and made parking a breeze. We're native Floridians and this is by far the most gorgeous beach in our travels. I have to mention that the kitchen was so well equipped with every glass, plate, pan or utensil you could ever need. The round table in the dining room was exactly what we needed for meals, puzzles and nightly family games. The pool,spa and firepit provided the much needed comfort and peace we all needed. Another great vacation!

This was our second year in a row staying at this gorgeous properrty! Jamie is a wonderful host and makes the entire process very easy. Can’t say enough great things about the property. The pictures and description are all accurate.
