Enclosed courtyard and shared garden with a swing and a game of boules. Barbecue and garden furniture. R. D.C: large living room with (convertible sofa) flat screen with table football and integrated kitchen. Shower room with w. c and utility room with washing machine. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed with wardrobe, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility of bringing them together to make a double bed) with wardrobe, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed with possibility of cot with wardrobe, bathroom with bath and w. it's separate.

Mountain bike trail and public complex (Cote des halles) and forests nearby. 20 minutes from Loudeac; fun pool and pond (Aquarev). 25 min from the port of Legue (Plerin). 35 minutes from Les Rosaires beaches, Pleneuf Val Andre with its Casino ... 40 min from Tregomeur ZOO.
