Upstairs: kitchen - living room - bathroom with shower + sink and separate toilet and a bedroom
On the 2nd: 2 separate bedrooms with a landing between the 2, all on parquet floor
The house is located in the countryside but for all that the shops are 5 minutes away by car with all amenities: Supermarkets, bakeries, butchers and pharmacy
Market on Sunday morning
We are 5 minutes from the RN 12 and 15 minutes from the SNCF train station
Also 20 minutes from the beaches, one of the most beautiful villages in France (Moncontour) medieval city and 10 minutes from the GR 34
On site: hiking and mountain biking trails
Racecourse at 5 kms and equestrian centre
