Welcome to your home away from home! This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation rental is just a short walk to the beach and sits across the street from a fishing spot. With only 12 units in the complex, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay with minimal noise and plenty of space at the pool.

Several maintenance issues such as clogged sinks, toilets continually running, a faucet that would trickle in the master bedroom but stay was good. Place says it sleep 8 which I technically did with two roll away beds upstairs but not sure where those people would have slept unless they slept in the master bedroom or carried them downstairs since the pullout bed was broken. We were able to make it work based on the kids we had but if we had 8 adults, this would have been challenging.

Great place will stay again

I think we finally found a place that we’d like to stay again. Could use additional plates because if you have 6 people staying there’s not enough spoons or plates. Also could use an additional set of bedding or extra blankets when some of the kids get cold or the person on the couch needs a blanket.

I would rate our stay a 2.5 out of 5.Pros:•Great proximity to the pool and convenient garage space for beach gear.•Beautiful bay views.•The condo had a nice selection of games and some updated furniture pieces.Cons:•Cleanliness was a concern. There appeared to be pet vomit or diarrhea next to the couch in the primary bedroom that hadn’t been cleaned.•Unlike neighboring units, this one had no furniture on the balconies, so we weren’t able to sit outside and enjoy the view.•The back door made a loud, unpleasant noise when opened or closed—almost like a barking dog. It was difficult to open. •The water pressure in the primary shower was extremely low, making it difficult to rinse shampoo out of my hair.•Communication with the host was poor. I reached out three times in advance about a bassinet for our infant and only received a response after calling. They did eventually provide a pack ‘n play, which we appreciated.Overall, for the price, it was okay—but we’ve stayed in other units in this same complex for a similar cost that were much nicer. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t book this particular unit again.

Fantastic

I could not be more happy w/the 2 condos we rented by same owner. Amanda was great to communicate with prior and during the stay. The condos had games, fully stocked kitchen, grill and comfortable beds. We were w/in walking distance of the beach and across from a bay. I will be booking again for next year for sure!

Perfect location!

We loved our stay here! Property mananger was great to work with and very responsive! The location is perfect! 5 min drive to the beach- fishing right in the front of the unit was the best & having a pool on-site was also great! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great Location, amazing pool area

Amanda was a fantastic host! Very responsive with any questions or concerns we had. The location was super close to the beach where they had changing areas and outdoor showers. We all really enjoyed the pool area and how close it was to the condo made it great to be able to sit and watch the kids. We will definitely be back!

Just One More Day!

We were absolutely 100% satisfied with our vacation rental. It was clean, everything we needed was provided (even a crab boiling pot), the pool was right out our back patio (very convenient with teenagers), quiet with a great view of bay, within walking distance to the beach. Our host, Amanda was the greatest! She held our booking from last summer, due to Covid, with no worries and was prompt to respond to all questions and concerns. There aren't enough kind words to describe our experience. Definitely booking again in the near future! The only bad thing was....We wished we could have stayed " Just One More Day".

Cute condo, attentive host

The condo was just as advertised, very close to the beach, with everything we needed available. The pool is also convenient. The host was quick to answer all my questions about the condo as they came up. There are a few restaurants nearby and, I didn't realize until the end of the trip, a really good grocery store!

Great for families with small children

Great place overall! Location was fantastic. It was close enough to the beach to hear the waves at night, quiet from any traffic, and a fishing place right outside your door. Had children ranging from 3-9 and they loved the place. Amanda was terrific at communicating with us. We hope to come back to this property soon!

Walk to beach, water view, easy access to pool

We had family weekend trip and stayed here. Kitchen and living room is connected to back patio and a pool. We can watch kids play from there. Rooms were clean, bright with windows facing pool or a bay. Check in and out was smooth. We would go back again.

Condo was very clean and everything was fresh and new. Three minute walk to the beach two blocks away. Did not take advantage of the pool (still a bit cold) but already thinking about coming back during the summer when it will be another option for the kids. Kitchen was well outfitted. Kudos to Amanda for handling everything we needed. Highly recommend to others....
