Great central location in between Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach or Downtown St Petersburg - 15-20 minute drive to all. Spring Training ballparks all over. You are a quick drive to all the greatest spots in the area. Quiet and peaceful street/neighbors. Sunroom and Backyard are equipped with party games, mini golf, two grills for barbecuing, firepit, and much more! In addition to 3 full beds, both couches have pull-out sofa-beds so you can sleep the whole family. Garage for your car. Washer/Dryer on site. Come get away!
