Pretty single storey house facing south at Vert Bois, enclosed garden of 200 m2, trees, wooden terrace with garden furniture, pergolas, gas plancha, private parking. Nearby you will find all kinds of shops, shaded cycle paths that will take you around the island, you can discover the wild marshes, the many beaches that make the beauty of our island, fishing on foot, surf school , aquatic center, casino, mini golf, paddle, sea trips (fort boyard), magnificent fishing port, especially do not miss the oyster huts, horse riding on the beaches.

Très bon séjour dans cette maison très fonctionnelle et super bien située.La climatisation est un plus mais se trouve seulement dans la pièce principale.Seul bémol, la maison est située au bord de la route et en pleine saison il y a bcp de voitures

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est vraiment très agréable, parfaitement équipée et idéale pour une famille. La climatisation a été un véritable atout pendant les fortes chaleurs, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus confortable.Nous avons également été très bien accueillis. Les hôtes sont très réactifs, disponibles et de très bon conseil pour découvrir la région. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation et y reviendrions avec grand plaisir.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in einem sehr gut ausgestattem Ferienhaus. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die Lage, die allerdings suoer zum Strand in Vert Bois war. Leider liegt das Haus an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, dass es sehr laut sein kann. Am Abend beruhigt sich der Verkehr.

Ein großartiges Ferienhaus in super Lage zum Meer

Sehr gut ausgestattet, ideal für Strandgänge gelegen. Schönes eigenes Grundstück, großzügige überdachte Terrasse und viel Platz. Durchgangsstraße ist am Haus, hat uns aber nur sehr wenig gestört.

Urlaub mit Badespass gesichert!

Eine tolle Unterkunft für alle, due Strand- und Badeurlaub (Surfen etc.) lieben! Alles in Fahrradnähe oder Laufnähe (15 min zum nächsten Strand) was man braucht und eine Unterkunft, die Erholung garantiert! Wir waren das zweite Mal dort und planen bereits das dritte Mal!

Stimmungsvolles Haus in guter Lage

Der Aufenthalt hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt zwar direkt an einer stärker befahrenen Straße, die wir aber nicht als störend empfunden haben. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich, teilweise aber etwas veraltet. Großartig ist die fußläufige Lage zum Strand - zehn Minuten zu Fuß durch einen Pinienwald - und die Möglichkeiten, mit dem (mitgebrachten) Fahrrad bequem unterschiedliche Ziele auf den Insel zu erreichen.

Très bon séjour

Emplacement à 15 mn à pieds de la plage. La plage est très belle. Très belle décoration. Le bruit extérieur lié à la route passante pendant la journée ne gêne absolument pas la nuit. Nous reviendrons dans cette maison avec plaisir.

A deux pas de la plage de Vert Bois, d’un spot de surf et des pistes cyclables ! Cuisine bien équipée, bons lits, petite terrasse sympa. Bref : rien a redire !

Eine traumhafte Ecke auf dieser schönen Insel

Das Haus befindet sich aus unserer Sicht in einer perfekten Lage, direkt am Wald, in der Nähe zu einem der schönsten Strände mit kilometerlangen Spaziermöglichkeiten (ohne Schuhe), da in dem Bereich der Insel keine Steine am Strand sind. Unsere Kinder konnten unproblematisch an einem Wellenreitkurs teilnehme. Das Meer, der Strand und die Sonnenuntergänge waren ein Traum. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und die Vermieter waren immer hilfsbereit bei Fragen.

Schöne Ferien, tolles Haus, sehr nette Gastgeber!!

Alles wunderbar! Sehr schöne Ferien in einem sehr hübschen, geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Ferienhaus mit tollen Gastgebern. Die Straße ist etwas laut aber im Haus hört man von ihr nichts.

Traumhafter Urlaub in der Nähe des Grand Plage

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach zauberhaft und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von Waschmaschine bis Kaffeemaschine ist alles vorhanden! Draußen wie drinnen kann man wunderbar sitzen. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die neue Klimaanlage war an einigen Tagen ein zusätzliches Geschenk. Zu Fuss oder mit Rad ist man schnell an dem tollen Strand oder im nächsten Ort! Auf Fragen (via Google Translator ;-) hat die Vermieterin sofort total nett reagiert. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft auf der wunderschönen Insel Ile d'Oleron❣

Wir wurden ganz herzlich von Frederique und ihrem Mann mit einer Flasche Wein und Kuchen aus der Region empfangen. Das Ferienhaus ist im typischen Baustil der Insel Ile d'Oleron erbaut und bietet mit seiner Terrasse inkl. Grillmöglichkeit - eine sehr schöne Möglichkeit, um einen entspannten Urlaub am Atlantik zu verbringen. Den Atlantik mit seinem kilometerlangen Sandstrand erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 10 - 15 Minuten. Dieser ist herrlich zum Surfen, Windsurfen, Kitesurfen, Stand-uppadeln oder einfach nur zum entspannen :) Das Ferienhaus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut - mit allem was benötigt wird ausgestattet. Es gab auch eine Klimaanlage, die wir bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur nicht nutzen mussten, da das Haus (bei geschlossenen Fensterläden über den Tag) gut klimatisiert war. Es gibt eine kleine Garage, in der die Waschmaschine steht und genug Platz für Surfbretter und Strandutensilien hat. Die Küche ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns in den 9 Tagen komplett selbst versorgt - es war sehr gemütlich :) Die Insel kann man gut mit dem Fahrrad erkunden (ausgebaute Fahrradwege) - es gibt in der Nähe ein kleines Küstlerdorf - das sehr zu empfehlen ist. Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub und bedanken uns bei Frederique für diesen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder - bis bald :)

Good vibrations à Oleron !

Joli gîte confortable. Très bon accueil chaleureux. Petite cour pratique pour déjeuner et rincer les paddles. Accès a mer à pied sur superbe plage. Situation centrale sur l’île très pratique malgré la proximité d’une route passagère la journée mais calme la nuit. Recommandé pour chouette séjour.

La proximité de la nature & l’océan était une vraie ressource pendant la Mi-saison à l’île D’Oleron.

Bonne location proche plage et piste cyclable

La maison est agréable mais se situe à l angle de deux routes, ce qui est parfois un peu bruyant. Le plus gênant à été pour nous l etat de propreté de la maison. Le ménage sous les lits n a pas été fait depuis longtemps ! Toiles d araignée au plafond...cest dommage car sinon cette location est un bon rapport qualité _prix.

Séjour parfait à Oleron

Nous avons passé une semaine à 5 personnes (deux adultes, trois enfants) en juillet dans cette maison. Excellent accueil de la propriétaire. Équipement de la maison parfait. Rien ne manque. Piste cyclable à 150m et plage à 15 min à pied, ou plus rapidement si on prend les vélos. Seul bémol, le bruit de la circulation automobile à l extérieur.

Superbe séjour

Notre famille a passé d'agréables vacances dans cette maison idéalement située, au calme, proche de la plage. La maison convient à une famille avec enfants en bas âge, pas d'escaliers et une cour clôturée, bref que du bonheur. Pour un nouveau séjour sur l'île nous n'hésiterions pas à relouer cette maison. Sans oublier les propriétaires aussi discrets que disponibles et très chaleureux.
