Ideally locate 5 miles to Reno-Tahoe International Airport. 40 minutes from Lake Tahoe and Incline Village. It's hard to beat the canyon and mountain views with hiking/biking trails just steps from the front door. 3 bedrooms, all with flat screen TV's. Master has a king bed and large walk in closet. Secondary bedrooms have a full and a twin (which can be made into a queen). Plenty of storage space and a full size washer and dryer in the unit. One car garage with additional parking.

Best mountain bike/ hiking trails in Reno outside the front door. Great views of the Sierras off the back deck. Everything is brand new.
