40 foot waterfront cottage on Sodus Bay with 60 foot dock overlooking the channel of Lake Ontario with beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Sleeps eight comfortably. 5 minute walk to restaurants and downtown area. Recently updated inside. Propane grill, outdoor furniture , fire pit, bicycles and 4 person paddle boat are yours to enjoy. Wifi and 3 flat screen TVs with cable available to use. Parking for 6 vehicles. Includes washer and dryer.
