Please be aware, at this cabin due to restrictions in the subdivision, there is a strict NO MOTORCYCLE/NO TRAILER/NO EXCEPTIONS Policy in place. If you bring a motorcycle or Trailer to this location, they may be towed at your expense or you may be asked to leave the community. NO MORE THAN 2 VEHICLES PARKED ON SITE. Any additional vehicles should park at the public property in the community.  At Blue Sky Cabin Rentals we do offer other properties that are motorcycle and trailer friendly so please let us know if you will be bringing either and we will be happy to send you quotes for other options. Also, this property strictly enforces a NO PET/NO EXCEPTION Policy. (Including therapy animals) If any pets are found on the premises, the guest will be charged for additional cleaning, forfeit their security deposit, and be required to move out immediately. The guest can choose to move to a pet-friendly cabin at that time, at their own expense. Blue Sky Cabin Rentals offers many pet-friendly properties so if you plan to bring your furry friend along, please let us know in advance and we will provide you with some options that allow for pets.

Welcoming you with warmth and comfort, River Rock Retreat will take your breath away while quickly becoming your favorite vacation spot. There are 2 luxurious king master suites with walk-in rain showers, a fully stocked chef’s kitchen and a large covered deck with an outdoor fireplace. Enjoy the 4-person hot tub that overlooks the famous Cartecay River or sit fireside listening to the sounds of the river. You can fish, tube or kayak directly from your cabin. Family and friends will make lasting memories at this fabulous cabin. The tranquility of this cabin will leave you feeling rested, spoiled and ready to book your return stay! 



River Rock Retreat is a recently built 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin that sleeps four (4) and offers the following:

King master bedroom on the MAIN level with 39" flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with rain shower

Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double ovens, nugget ice maker, a huge island with seating, 2 crockpots, tea kettle, coffee maker and Keurig, roasting pan, and a multitude of baking pans. Custom light fixture over the island built from a drain tube from the R Hanging Heart Ranch in Eden, Montana.

The dining room has seating for up to 8 guests

The living room has ample seating for everyone around the gas fireplace (fireplace only active Oct 1st- Apr 1st) & 55" flat screen television with local cable and sports package

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop,  internet, telephone for local calls and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.







Required Fees include $175 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and 15% lodging tax
