This second floor condo overlooks the tennis court and comes with 2 rackets and tennis balls. Located only 10 minutes from Schlitterbahn, the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers! Kick back and unwind from the day’s activities in the spacious living room with a queen size sofa sleeper and a dining table that seats 6 with 2 seats at the breakfast bar or cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and attached full bath. The guest bedroom has a full size bed and a twin. There is cable TV in both bedrooms as well as the living room and free internet. Enjoy the onsite tennis court or take a dip in the swimming pool. There are communal charcoals grills near the pool and picnic areas too. Stroll through the oak trees on stone lined paths. T Bar M is just minutes from charming down town New Braunfels and Historic Gruene. Perfect for families and couples. We have another unit at this complex #406 that sleeps 6. If you have a group of 15 these two condos would be perfect! This condo has a maximum occupancy of 7 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
