Nice guest house close to natural bridge caverns!

Our stay was great! Getting there was easy and so was communication with the host. The guest house is right next door to the main house but we still felt privacy and were comfortable throughout our stay.

The house was nice, but needs a good cleaning. The swing in the front yard was infested with biting ants, trampoline was broken and there were no chairs outside. The neighborhood is amazing and it was nice and quiet.

Place was filthy; dirty pans with burnt food still on them. Oven looked like it had never been cleaned. Microwave handle broken. Top of refrigerator needed to be cleaned.Crumbs in the silverware container. Shower had filthy grime on top of shower walls. Light bulbs were burnt out or missing. Some of the shades wouldn't roll up. Dining chairs were stained and filthy. Air vents were filthy. Air filter was nasty. White towels with visible stains. That being said, the location was lovely; quiet and peaceful. The house, however needs serious attention.

We booked this property for a one-week stay but left immediately upon arrival due to its unacceptable and unsanitary condition.From entry, it was clear the home had not been cleaned or prepared. The space was dim, dirty, and neglected. The bathroom had a mold-covered shower curtain, heavily soiled baseboards, and towels wadded up on shelves.The bedrooms were worse. Linens were wadded up and thrown into a basket, pillows were on the closet floor, and the beds were carelessly thrown together with mismatched sheets. Baseboards throughout were thick with dirt and pet hair, indicating long-term neglect.In the kitchen, the microwave handle was broken, the oven was dirty, and cookware and silverware appeared unclean. Bedroom windows showed visible mold or mildew. We experienced immediate irritation consistent with pet dander.We left within minutes and secured a hotel.We contacted VRBO for a full refund. Although the host offered to send cleaning, the condition required far more than a same-day fix. The refund was refused.
