T1bis in a wonderful park with pools near beach

T1bis located in a luxury residence in the district of La Baule-les-Pîns in a beautiful park of 4 hectares with 2 swimming pools including a heated and a children's pool (access from mid-April to mid-September depending on weather conditions ) about 200m from the beach with a thalassotherapy center at 5 minutes, and a shopping center (supermarket, pharmacy, medical office, ...). Possibility of hiking and cycling from the residence, equestrian center at 5 minutes and several golf courses nearby, including a 5km at the beginning of the regional park of Briere. The markets of La Baule and Pornichet are 10 minutes by bike.

The residence consists of small recent buildings of 4 floors with elevator.

The apartment is south-west facing.
The apartment opens onto an entrance with a large mirror
 It includes a living room with kitchen with window and French windows opening onto a terrace of 8m2 with garden furniture. The living room has a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette (with dishwasher, combined oven microwave, hob, fridge, kettle, coffee maker) and a large closet-wardrobe.
The cabin-room has a double bed and a storage room with a window overlooking the terrace.

Appartement au top ,dans un endroit super.Rien à redire sur cet appart qui est bien situé et très confortable.Le parc charmant,les piscines et le calme.Le plus ,la proximité de la mer et pour moi qui fait beaucoup de vélo ,les pistes cyclables sécurisées.Guérande et Le Croisic facilement atteignables avec lesdits pistes.Mention spéciale pour Fabienne qui est une hôte joignable et très sympa.J'ai passé un excellent séjour .

Apartement petit mais suffisant pour 3 pour les vacances. La résidence est super , avec les piscines . Tres calme . La mer est a deux pas . Pas besoin de prendre la voiture sauf pour changer de ville . Petit soucis avec le logement à notre arrivée (boite a cles cassé) ,nous avons attendu 4h00 pour avoir un double . Appartement pas tres propre (surtout la vaisselle et la literie ) . Bon sejour dans l ensemble ! Petit magasin

La propriétaire nous a demandé de faire le ménage avant de partir alors qu on nous a demandé de payer un forfait ménage. Ansi que le linge de maison alors qu il n y avait que 2 allaises de lit . Je trouve ça cher c est 2 prestations....

Trop loin des commerces.

Séjour dans l'ensemble agréable mais le logement se situe vraiment beaucoup trop loin du centre ville, donc des commerces, lorsque nous sommes à pieds : plus de 20min de marche. En ce qui concerne le logement, mauvaise literies, énormément de toiles d'araignée ainsi que la poussière, pas d'eau chaude après minuit. À l'inverse de ce que l'annonce nous vend, il n'y a absolument aucun réseau WiFi. En ce qui concerne la piscine, dommage que l'annonce ne nous prévient pas que celle-ci ai des tranches horaires

Fonctionnel et cosy

L’appartement de Fabienne est propre , très bien équipé et confortable. Il convient bien pour 3 personnes.La résidence est très calme avec un grand parc et deux piscines extérieures surveillées. La mer est à quelques minutes à pied. Fabienne était là à notre arrivée pour nous accueillir.

Un appartement idéal pour un couple sur la Baule. On appréciera la piscine et la localisation à 300 m de la corniche. Proche de tout. Saint Nazaire est possible pour de bons marcheurs par le sentier côtier.

Très bonne location !

Appartement très bien situé proche mer. Logement propre lumineux et très bien équipé dans une résidence calme et très agréable (terrasse, piscine, verdure...) L'accueil est très chaleureux en plus !
