The apartment has a cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, a spacious living room with well-equipped kitchenette, or there is a 160 CM BZ sofa bed with a quality mattress.
Terrace with table, chairs and deckchair. Flat screen TV, fridge / freezer, hob, coffee machine, toaster, table and iron. Dish washer and washing machine.

Appartement très bien situé dans un immeuble très calme. Gare de la Baule les pins à 1 min, Commerces à proximité, plage à 5 min. On peut tout faire à pied. Petite terrasse agréable pour prendre ses repas. Hôtesse accueillante et accommodante. Je recommande !

Hôte très charmante, arrangeante pour l'horaire d'arrivée. Appt très bien situé, propreté irréprochable, bien équipé parfait pour parents avec deux enfants (lits superposés).
