Looking to rent a large estate house in the Temecula Wine Country? Then Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate is the place for you! This Estate’s main house features five bedrooms, three and a half baths, and over 3200 square feet of spacious living that can sleep multiple people. Chateau Blanc Estate has a grand entrance with a great room that opens to the kitchen and dining room. Right off the great room is a gorgeous backyard retreat with a private pool, koi pond and outdoor barbeque island with refrigerator. Chateau Blanc Estate offers a view of its very own Cabernet Franc vineyard producing local grapes right in the heart of California wine country!

This elegant home is perfect for a family reunion, a corporate retreat, or a group-getaway. The first floor of the Main Home offers an oversized master suite complete with a California king bed, sitting area, and chandelier-lit spa tub in the master bath. Also, on the main floor is a queen bedroom with a private bath, as well as an extra bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. The first-floor rooms can accommodate up to six guests.

On the second floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, both with California king beds. These luxurious bedrooms share a hall bath. In one of the rooms, there is an additional twin day bed with a pull-out trundle. The second floor can accommodate up to six guests as well, making the total guest accommodations up to twelve in the Estate’s main house.
One of the unique features of Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate is the beauty of the French-inspired design by Beldon Fields, one of the original Disneyland Artisans. Over the years, the property has expanded, yet the owners proudly preserved its true beauty. Adjacent to Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate is the well-known Briar Rose Winery; the first structure built by Fields in the 1970’s for his wife, designed to be a replica of Snow White’s cottage. When staying at Chateau Blanc you can start your wine country tour just steps away from your front door!

Located a short 15-minute drive from the I-15 FWY this easy and convenient estate is a perfect home base while enjoying your stay in Wine Country for pleasure or business! The property is situated off entirely paved roads and has parking to accommodate a maximum of four cars.

For those vacationing in Southern California, the Temecula Valley is only an hour from San Diego to the south and Orange County to the west. Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate is just a short 15-minute drive to Old Town Temecula, Pechanga Casino, Promenade Mall, and less than 10 minutes from grocery stores, in-town restaurants, and all the wineries in the Valley. Don't want to drive? The Temecula Valley has Uber & Lyft services available, as well as several wine tour companies.

Chateau Blanc’s Estate main house is one of three residences that are available for rent at the Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate property. In addition to the main house (Chateau Blanc Estate) there is a studio loft apartment (La Studio Maison Blanc) and a guest house (La Petite Maison Blanc) that additional guests could enjoy during your stay. All three of the residences are private with separate entrances. Chateau Blanc’s Estate main house can be rented in conjunction with the guest house and/or the studio loft apartment for multiple rental options.

We really enjoyed this spacious property in the heart of Temecula. We loved walking to the winery next-door and just having Space to spread out for the weekend of my son‘s wedding… Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our time here! The pool was great! The facilities were great: coffee bar was over the top, kitchen had everything we needed, laundry facilities were fantastic, beds were comfortable, parking was ample! Would wholeheartedly recommend this place!!!

We visited Temcula for a destination wedding at The Calloway Winery. Our stay in the Wine Chateau was comfortable and convenient to all our event. Both inside and outside areas were relaxing and great for my family and our guests.

This is the second time we've stayed at this house (along with the guest house on the same property). It's perfect for a small family reunion, with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everybody in a great location with beautiful views. We would definitely stay here again! The only negative is that the manager was very slow to respond to questions/messages (two or three messages went completely unanswered). In particular, we asked for the pool heater to be turned off a day early because it became overly warm (90 degrees!), but the guy never came to turn it off, so it was still going when we checked out of the property. (Guests have to pay for the propane to heat the pool, so this was especially annoying.)

Spectacular place!

Our family was in Temecula for a wedding and our stay at the main house at Chateau Blanc was wonderful. It was too cool to use the pool but we enjoyed spending time outside in the beautiful backyard. The kitchen was very well appointed and the rooms were a good size. All in all a fabulous stay!

Awesome location

We were a family of 12 staying here for a wedding and it worked out perfectly. Everyone was comfortable with plenty of space and the house and the grounds were beautiful. The location to the wineries, stores and downtown made it so easy to really enjoy what Temecula has to offer. The property manager was very attentive and helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Family House

We attended a wedding near Temecula and used this beautiful house and grounds for our family. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we all enjoyed the space to have time as a family. There is also enough space if you are looking for a few quiet minutes as well. If we go back we would stay there again. The property manager was very helpful and prompt with answers to questions.

beautiful property inside and out

This is a beautiful property inside and out. The master bedroom suite is wonderful. We had issues with the appliances which the property owner could not recreate. The property is good for up to 8 adults. One of the bedrooms is not really a bedroom since there was no closet space and the beds were elevated making it difficult for seniors and the trundle bed upstairs was not level making sleep difficult.

Great home, great outdoors, great location!

Celebrated our daughters 50th birthday with family and everybody absolutely LOVED this property. We had such a relaxing and delightful time being together as a family in this lovely home. The kitchen was well equipped, the home clean and comfortable, the back yard was just lovely and we enjoyed much time outside. Loved the fire pit, loved the location, just could not have been better. The property manager, Stephanie, exceeded expectations in sharing information and responsiveness. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Soak up the sun with a view

Chateau Blanc was exceptional! The living and outdoor spaces were perfect for family gatherings with enough bedrooms to give our guests the downtime they needed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary for preparing meals. We enjoyed the pool area for soaking up the Cali sun and fire pit for winding down from a busy day. Location was within 15 minutes of anywhere we wanted to go and the views were idyllic, peaceful. If there was a downside, it was that the internet was slow and inconsistent. We had several users, some with multiple devices, which put a drag on the system. Stephanie is easy to work with and responsive to my questions. We were much impressed with the property and definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful Home

We were more than pleased with our stay. The house was very well stocked with all the necessities. It was spotless and well kept. The coffee bar setup was enjoyed by everyone. The property was beautiful and the view from every window is amazing. Even though we couldn't use the pool due to the outside temperature it was lovely to sit poolside and soak up the sun. It was a wonderful relaxing space to sit and read. It was private but so close to everything. The set up worked wonderful for our group. The gathering space was spacious yet we could all have our own private spaces in the bedrooms or outside. We would highly recommend this home. Stephanie was wonderful to work with and made the stay seamless. Temecula is a beautiful place to visit.

Wine Anniversaries Trip

Only gave an overall 3-star rating because we paid for the pool to be heated to 88 degrees for the three days we were there, but it wasn’t. So, I don’t recommend paying the extra money for the pool to be heated because they cannot guarantee it will be heated your entire stay due to varying outdoor temps (basically what we were told and given no money back). We intended to spend a significant amount of time in the pool, so it put a damper on the stay. They do tell you the AC is set to 74 but it does get hot especially upstairs when it is 90 degrees outside. A few portable fans would be helpful. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. The house is spacious and plenty of room for eight adults. The location was great, close to wineries and Old Town Temecula. The property manager did respond promptly to all my inquiries during our stay. I recommend walking over to Briar Rose Winery. They were awesome!

Exceptional Property

First of all, the host was so responsive, personable and accommodating. I cannot thank her enough for all that she did to make our stay the best possible. The home owners provided an exceptional experience that felt just like home from the first step inside to the last step outside. The home is beautiful and has a large great room and large kitchen, very well stocked with all the necessities. I was happy that there were plenty of bedrooms and restrooms on the first floor. In addition, there was a well stocked coffee bar ready for us to make individual cups of coffee or tea, or a full pot of coffee, along with all the fixings. This exceeded our expectations. The property included a beautiful backyard with a pool, that overlooked vineyards. The views were breathtaking. We did not spend much time outside nor did we use the pool as we had other commitments. However, the backyard would be a peaceful oasis of its own for anyone wanting to kick back and relax. We also rented the two guest apartments on the property for two of our four days to accommodate our guests. We only used one but both were very nice and so convenient to be steps away from the main house. We also had access to a gate to walk over to the Briar Rose Winery where our daughter's wedding was done. Thanks again to the owners for providing this exceptional property and the host for accommodating our needs.

Wonderful vacation home

The layout of the home is so functional. The grounds, house, pool and surroundings were all beautiful. I had rented the main house, which includes access to the pool. My sister rented the two guest homes on the property which included access to a large jacuzzi. We thoroughly enjoyed renting the entire property. I highly recommend staying at Chateau Blanc.
