Kitchen, AC, Smart TV, Internet, Washer Dryer, Propane Barbeque Grill, Deck, Access to outside shower- shared with front house. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. Great Cottage for a small family of 4. Local eateries, shops, Ice Cream Parlors , Cafes, Coffee Shops, Bakeries, Restaurants, all in walking distance. Boardwalk for the length of Lavallette for early morning walks.

Empty and wipe down refrigerator on Saturday before you checkout.
Return both (2) beach badges to the basket on the TV stand. Return the key. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ALL garbage and recycling MUST be placed at the curb on Sunday night for a Monday morning pickup and on Wednesday night for a Thursday morning pickup.
ALL garbage MUST be in a garbage bags and placed in the cans provided outside. Please, no loose food or debris in the cans.
Please wipe down all surfaces and vacuum before you check-out. Thank you.
