This Windward Harbor condominium features three-bedrooms and two full baths. Located in one of Avalon's more popular complex's, the one-floor layout also boasts a den and a spacious living room/dining area and open kitchen. There are decks off the living room/dining area and off the master bedroom which overlooks the beautiful in-ground pool; a favorite feature of the complex. The condominium rules require two-week minimum rentals and do not permit pets.

The property was great! We loved the pool. The property was not cleaned by the cleaning crew. The crew ended up coming after we were checked in and did a quick clean. We actually had already cleaned. The cleaning crew was so nice and apologetic. The biggest problem was VRBO. They charge so much more than the actual rent of the unit. Every month I was sending another check. It actually cost almost 2000 more than the actual rent. We loved the unit and enjoyed ourselves. Long and Foster was also so helpful. I would not use VRBO again. Hidden charges and not transparent. Again, we loved the unit and would rent again but would not use VRBO.
