This four-bedroom townhome is located on a quiet street and offers bay views from the front deck. The second floor has large living, dining and kitchen area along with the master bedroom, full bath and laundry area. Bath can also be accessed from the hall. Kitchen was recently upgraded with granite counters and new appliances. The first floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. Backyard area for outdoor entertainment, an enclosed outside shower for your convenience and off-street parking. A great location for your summer vacation. NOTE: This is a side-by-side townhouse. This unit is on the left side when looking from the street.
