The two-bedroom unit has been stylishly updated for the 2025 season, featuring a new full bed beneath the twin bunk, a 48-inch TV, and other appliance enhancements. The owner provides 6 beach chairs and 2 beach tags. The condo includes cable and WiFi, and there is a shared laundry facility onsite. Parking is available on the street and in a lot across the street, and the unit is equipped with 3 window A/C units
