Important note: Reservations must be made strictly from Sunday to Sunday - we will not be able to accept arrivals or departures on Saturdays, as we cannot guarantee logistics.

Property description:
house 100m from the lake and 6 km from the ocean,fully fenced plot. Beds are made on arrival. Ideal location for families with children and water sports, only the road in front of the lake has to be crossed to reach the bike path and the pedestrian path that will take you to the ocean. The resort and its surroundings offer a multitude of activities (extensive bicycle paths, tree climbing, archery, tennis, sailing, surfing ...).
Our rentals are from Sunday to Sunday and at least every two weeks in July and August except for isolated weeks.

Logement très bien placé et très bien équipé. Seul bémol, les cloisons ne sont pas insonorisées, on entend tout partout dans la maison.

Gîte très confortable à 2 pas du Lac et proche de l'Océan

Le gîte est très confortable. Il est à deux pas du lac et proche du centre ville de Maubuisson. L'Océan est accessible en vélo par de nombreuses pistes cyclables (que nous n'avons pas testées sur ce séjour).

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut, die "Einbauschränke" praktisch, die beiden Terrassen ideal. Für Mahlzeiten, Spiele etc. ein großer Tisch auf der Terrasse und einer im Wohnzimmer, zum gemütlich Beisammensitzen die Sitzecke auf der anderen Terrasse. Die Straße kann laut sein, wenn man es nicht gewöhnt ist (deshalb 4 Sterne). Mit dem Fahrrad 6 km zum Atlantik, der See ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Bäcker, Restaurants etc. sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank

Bungalow très agréable et parfaitement fourni. Le propriétaire est très disponible et de bon conseil. A 150m à pied du lac et 400m du départ de la course. Semaine parfaite.

Maison à 2 pas du lac

Maison idéalement située, 2 mn à pieds du lac et 5 mn des commerces. Tout y est pour passer un très bon séjour ! Une seule suggestion peut-être, rajouter un ventilateur pour les périodes de fortes chaleurs comme il y a eu cet été ! Sinon tout était parfait.

Nous avons passé 15 jours au top dans cette location. Située à 2 pas du lac et 5 min à pied du centre tout peut être fait à pied ou en vélo. La location est propre et très bien équipée.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Das Haus ist wundervoll. Der Garten ist perfekt für Kinder, sie können nicht auf die Straße laufen. Viel Platz zum Spielen und Grillen. Ein schönes und ruhiges Haus um entspannt Urlaub zu machen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Räume sind alle schön. Die Lage ist toll. Wir waren schon zweimal dort und werden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an die netten Gastgeber.

Tolles Haus, super Vermieter

Ein schönes Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Lage am See ist super. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Emails werden sehr zeitnah und nett beantwortet. Die Kinder haben im Garten viel Platz zum Spielen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Séjour Carcans - Maubuisson

La propriété est parfaite et correspond absolument à l'annonce. Propre, bien agencée et équipée, fonctionnelle, elle a totalement répondu à nos attentes. En outre, elle est située à proximité immédiate du lac et tous les commerces de première nécessité sont également accessibles à pied. Enfin, le propriétaire de la location est sympathique et disponible. Nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable. A refaire !

This is the perfect property for a short break with young children. The lake is ideal for shallow waters for children to safely play in and is only a short distance from the house. The surrounding fencing at the property is an added bonus as are the blinds that give total darkness at night and keep the house cool throughout the day. The property owners are very friendly and provided great communication. The cycle ride over to Carcans beach is a must! Would definitely recommend!
