great spot - incredible view

We stayed one week at the house. It is ideally located on the Heights of Sainte-Anne. The view is really something. The outdoor space is really big and well maintained. The house is well furnished and the owner responded to our inquiries promptly. We will definitely go back there (kids loved the saltwater pool).

Excellent experience

We couldn’t imagine a better place for our family vacation. We were there December 22nd - January 2nd. The home was more beautiful than the pictures shown. It has everything we needed for a relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable time. The pool was clean and the perfect size for children or adults, for great swimmers or learners. The view was everything. The place is centrally located but at the same time, it’s tugged away in a quiet neighborhood. It’s very private. Eric and Veronique were so welcoming, friendly, respectful and generous. We will definitely stay there when we return to Guadeloupe.

Beautiful property on a beautiful island.

This villa is magnificent! The property is even more impressive in person than the photos (which are wonderful). The villa was very clean and everything (kitchen appliances, A/C, TV, pool etc.) worked perfectly. Complete privacy due to the extensive landscaping. The location is very good. A very short drive down the hill to Sainte Anne. A car is necessary. The only problem we had was initially finding the property. The "road" on which it is located is not well marked. A suggestion would be for some signage or a reflector or balloon to better mark where to enter. Eric was a wonderful host and provided good information when requested. We were well pleased and highly recommend

We absolutely loved the house, the pool, the carbet, the porch; but even more than that, we loved Veronique and Eric, the owners who live next door. They are the kindest, most thoughtful and generous hosts you will ever meet! The rental house, pool and porches are completely private. You cannot see any other buildings or hear any other people at all. Of course the view to the ocean and Marie Galante is spectacular. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The house is very clean, and Veronique would come in and clean for us every 10 days or so (we didn’t need more than that). The days we didn’t go to the beach, we spent all day in fresh air, with all the windows open in the main living area, enjoying the wonderfully cool Caribbean breezes and the saltwater pool. We used the A/C in the bedrooms only at night. We visited many beaches and tourist sites during the 6 weeks we were there, but we loved the Ste. Anne beach most of all, just a short drive down the hill. The waters are warm, clear, and calm, and there are lots of palm trees for shade all along the beach, and excellent restaurants and food vendors. You can snorkel right from the beach! If you have the time, I recommend at least day trips to Desirade and Petite Terre, Marie Galante, and Les Saintes (Terre de Haut). The owners’ friend, Clement, can make all the arrangements. Every activity we booked with him was flawless.

Un cocon de tranquillité

Quelle maison !! Perchée au dessus de Sainte Anne, avec une vue sur la nature qui vous sépare de la mer turquoise…on se sent seuls au monde. On a presque pas envie de ne pas la quitter alors qu’il y a tant de belles plages à deux pas. Vraiment une super expérience. Éric est très dispo pour toute question. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Magnifique maison avec une vue incroyable, un océan de verdure nous mène jusqu'à la plage de Sainte-Anne. Maison très fonctionnelle très agréable à vivre ouverte sur l'extérieur et parfaitement aménagée. tout correspond à l'annonce et c'est même mieux en vrai!! Les propriétaires. Eric et Véro sont très accueillants et sympathiques, et sont disponibles en cas de besoin. Notre séjour a été parfait !!

Des vacances parfaites

Deuxième séjour dans cette maison, qui est un vrai paradis sur terre. Une location d’exception ! La maison elle-même est parfaitement aménagée, et très agréable à vivre. Une maison idéale pour des vacances en Gwada

En lisant les commentaires, il est dit que la maison est encore mieux que sur les photos. Il est vrai qu'on a le sentiment à la fois que les photos sont hyper conformes et en même temps que c'est mieux...car on vit très bien dans cette maison. On rêve d'y recevoir ses amis, d'y être avec sa famille, d'y faire la fête comme de s'y reposer. Elle est très bien agencée, il y a de l'espace, il y a aussi des espaces de vie et de détente que l'on découvre tout au long du séjour. Idem pour la déco que l'on découvre chaque jour. On est à 5mn des plages de St-Anne, avec la tranquillité des hauteurs, et la vue est effectivement splendide (de la terrasse, du hamac, du Carbet, de la piscine...). Eric et Véro sont des hôtes très accueillants et bienveillants. Le contact est simple et sincère. Nous ferons tout pour y revenir et recommander à nos proches!

Séjour de rêve, maison exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cette maison. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis bien. Eric nous a accueilli chaleureusement, et nous le remercions encore pour son sourire, sa sympathie, les petites attentions à notre arrivée et ses bons conseils. La maison est spacieuse, chaleureuse, très fonctionnelle et très bien située. Les environs sont calmes et la vue est à couper le souffle. Le dépaysement est au rendez-vous. La piscine fut très appréciée par nos adolescents. Pour résumer. En famille ou entre amis, n’hésitez pas! Encore merci pour tout Eric, vous avez largement contribué à la réussite de nos vacances.
