Beautiful spot! Well equipped home. Convenient to Beach & Downtown. Beautiful views. Peaceful.

Both the pool And the outside areas are well maintained. Lovely landscaping . the views from the property are breathtaking. Well equipped kitchen . Outside private patio with eating area. A tranquil area close to the the heart of downtown Sainte-Anne. Home owner was attentive to any of our queries. we highly recommend..

Great patio, bad inside

First of all, the info I got prior to renting the house was that the beaches were 0,5 and 0,6 mi from the beach. That was untruthful. the nearest beach is 2,5 km away. Next one 3,5 km away. You cannot walk anywhere from this house. The only way down to the village is a narrow busy road with no sidewalk. Dangerous to walk. The patio and the garden are great. Comfy furniture, beautiful views. You cannot really swim in the pool, it is too shallow for swimming. The kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs of the house had a foul smell coming from the sewers. From the sewers also came the cockroaches which were climbing all over the walls. We resolved the problem of the stench and the roaches by spending all our time outside. Once we were leaving for the airport, the cleaning lady told me it was not her job to do the end-cleaning of the house and made me scrub the toilets before we left. After we had left the property, the landlord tried to extort more money from me, which was totally not in accordance with the rental agreement

Superbe villa très bien située

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette location au calme avec une très belle vue. Tout est fait pour que l on s y sente comme chez soi. La maison est confortable, les chambres sont spacieuses et l extérieur parfait. La piscine est un vrai plus, nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps. Merci à Manu pour son accueil, il a été super. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Best vacation ever!

It’s pretty simple …..when you deal with quality people you got quality service and best of everything. This is the way to conduct and manage businesses . Clean , well maintained property , close to the beach , awesome view so you get that morning bust while drinking your coffee, having that extraordinary view of the Saint Anne beach . The pool is as refreshing as a margherita ….after a day on the beach ! ….the words cannot describe what we had experienced here , you got to see it with your eyes . Thank you Stephen for everything and we’ll see you next year !

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la vue depuis la terrasse et l'espace extérieur avec la piscine : encore plus joli que sur les photos ! Maison agréable avec 2 grandes chambres climatisées. Manu, le propriétaire, est très sympa, réactif aux messages pour nous donner de bons conseils de visites, restos... Portail électrique à l'entrée de la résidence qui compte au total 4 maisonnettes mais sans vis-à-vis. Top !

Location au top

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa tout à fait adaptée pour des vacances de rêves. Tranquillités ....accès à Sainte Anne rapide . La vue superbe terrasse couverte donc pas de soucis pour manger dehors et à l'ombre.Piscine entretenue et juste a coté de la villa le top. Accueil au top de Manu un grand merci a vous . Vivement 2019 pour y revenir . Je recommande fortement cette Villa.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison tout à fait adaptée à nos vacances en famille. Agencement, mobilier vaisselle tout est parfait pour s'y sentir bien . De plus, le propriétaire est très accueillant, et reste aux petits soins pour les vacanciers..

une vue à couper le souffle !

bungalow très agréable, au calme, loin de la foule de sainte anne. il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour, l'accès à la piscine du ''lotissement'' (4 bungalow en tout'') est un vrai plus. la grande terrasse est toujours à l'ombre avec une vue sur la campagne envirronante et la mer ! une splendeur. contact avec le propriétaire très facile.

Points positifs. Correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Accueil du propriétaire. Bien situé au calme mais proche pour visiter Grande Terre. Bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Points négatifs temporaire. Traitement anti moustiques avant notre arrivée avec produits assez dangereux pour les personnes sensibles. Apres aération cela disparaît après 2 jours. Je préfère des moustiquaires sur les lits.

Superbe !

A 2-3 min en voiture de la plage et du marché de Sainte Anne. Très bien équipé, neuf, propre. Tranquillité. Portail motorisé. Parking. La piscine est propre, spacieuse, et à 2 pas de la terrasse. Un vrai bonheur en fin de journée, après les excursions ou la plage... Pas de soucis d'intimité ou de nuisance par rapport aux locations voisines (pas de mur mitoyen). Propriétaire super accueillant, grand sourire, à l'écoute et prend des nouvelles en cours de séjour pour savoir si tout se passe bien. Si vous manquez de quelque chose, n'hésitez pas à le solliciter ! Bref... on recommande vivement... et si on en a l'occasion, on y reviendra avec grand plaisir ! ;-)
