This is a fabulous villa! The hosts are very welcoming and have made sure guests have everything they need. There are lots of thoughtful finishing touches and the dressing room makes unpacking delightful.

Beautiful villa, spacious and modern. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of room outside for eating and relaxing. Although not heated the pool was warm enough for swimming in mid September. Bed linen and bath towels need to be requested. Charming hosts.

Comfortable House and Attentive Hosts.

This home is extremely well equipped and offers a great vacation environment and retreat for everyone. The pool is exeptional well maintained with crystal clear and odorless water. The landlords are pleasant and attentive. The location is quiet and the area offers many destinations such as visiting Sete, eating oysters in Bouziges, Saint Guilhem le Desert and the river bathing area at Pont de Diable. We had a wonderful vacation and can highly recommend this property.

The checkin and check out process was extremely easy. The house and deck were extremely clean. The pool was nice. I’m not sure if we just missed it, but we looked through every drawer, and couldn’t find no pans for the oven. The sliding glass door to get to the deck was extremely hard to open, almost as if it was broken. We could barely get it open and had to wiggle ourselves out and inside due to it not being able to open properly. Upon arrival, we tried to get the TV and wifi to work forever. Come to find out it had been unplugged and we had to plug it in and then continue to wait for it to finally start working after a long day of packing and driving. Overall, the management was extremely nice through the whole process even answering questions before booking. They give clear and easy checkout instructions, and wouldn’t mind staying again!

Wir hatten Anfang September einen tollen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Mr und Mme Anadon sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben uns einen herzlichen Empfang und eine sehr nette Verabschiedung bereitet und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man braucht inkl. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Kaffeevollautomat, Grillplatte, Gefrierschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter, und vielem mehr! Einzig Handtücher und Bettwäsche muss man selbst mitbringen, ansonsten ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Der Pool ist toll; groß, tief, super zum Schwimmen und unsere Kinder (mit Schwimmkenntnissen!) haben ihn täglich stundenlang genutzt. Auch haben wir fast ausschließlich die Außenküche (mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Grillplatte) für unsere Mahlzeiten benutzt.Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön: Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10min in Marseillan amHafen und in ca. 20min am Strand in Marseillan Plage. Vielen Dank nochmals an die Vermieter! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir haben eine Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht aund waren sehr zufrieden. Nach einem freundlichen Empfang durch die Vermieter wurde uns alles kurz gezeigt und erklärt, dann konnte der Urlaub auch schon starten. Das Haus ist hell und gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht (und noch einiges mehr). Es gibt mehrere Fernseher, die wir aber gar nicht genutzt haben. In jedem Zimmer große Schiebetüren mit Zugang zum Garten/Terasse/Poolbereich. Auch der Außenbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool ist wirklich toll und sorgte bei den heißen Temperaturen tagsüber für eine willkommene Abkühlung. Die Kommnikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert, kurzfristige Erreichbarkeit kein Problem.

Geweldig!

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in deze woning. Fijne communicatie en ontvangst door Didier en Fabienne, die altijd klaar staan als je vragen hebt. Het huis zelf heeft alles wat je nodig hebt op vakantie! Alles is netjes, voorzieningen zijn top en het is een fijne regio om te verkennen.

Wunderbare Villa mit Pool

Wir hatten in der ersten Juli Woche 24 einen unvergleichlich schönen Aufenthalt in der luxuriösen Villa. Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man so braucht. Alles funktioniert perfekt. Die lichtdurchfluteten Räume haben eine gute Aufteilung und ein ausgezeichnetes Raumklima – wir haben trotz sommerlicher Temperaturen die Klimaanlage nicht einschalten müssen. Pool und Poolhaus waren ideal. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig in einer Siedlung gelegen. Zum Ortskern von Marseillan sind es 5 bis 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Lieben Dank Didier und Fabienne für die professionelle und sehr freundliche Abwicklung von allem.

Schöner Urlaub in komfortablem Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit in einem wunderschönen, sehr gutausgestatteten Ferienhaus, in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieter, Madame und Monsieur Anadon sind sehr nette zuvorkommende und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und ungestört gefühlt. Exzellentes Haus und exzellente Gastgeber

Das Haus liegt sehr angenehm in einem ruhigen und schönen Wohnviertel. Es war sehr sauber und außerordentlich gepflegt. Vom wunderschönen Pool über das Poolhaus mit Außenküche bis hin zur Klimaanlage war alles sehr luxuriös. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ging deutlich über die normale Ausstattung hinaus. Wir haben es genossen, Gäste und nicht einfach nur Mieter von Madame und Monsieur Anadon zu sein. Danke für Ihre Gastfreundschaft! Schon vor der Anreise haben wir wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Rien à redire sur la maison. Elle est très agréable, propre et au calme. De plus, la température à l'intérieur est très convenable.
