At this Pompano Beach condo, it's all about location! This rental, ideal for a romantic getaway or a small family vacation, features central air conditioning, a furnished balcony, a shared sundeck with a heated pool, outdoor dining areas, and gas grills - all just one block from the beach, restaurants, golf courses, and much more! This condo even features a UV Light air purifier (near the AC system), which continuously filters the air and is designed to fight mold, allergies, and other contaminants.

Walk to North Ocean Park, offering miles of Atlantic Coast beach, picnic pavilions, and beautiful lighthouse views, and then sample the seafood at the Seaside Grill just a couple blocks away. Visit the Hillsboro Inlet one mile north, where you can arrange a diving trip or charter a fishing excursion. This condo is steps away from a stop for the Intracoastal Water Taxi, which runs from Bokampers Sports Bar & Grill all the way north to Cap’s Place, one of the oldest restaurants in Broward County.

over all good stay .kitchen amities needs improved Pots handles falling off .Silverware, knives that cant cut a butter stick,butter knives and forks from the 1930s ,kitchen faucet falling out. Electrical short in the living room electrical plug socket behind kitchen table. NEEDS ADDRESSED.

Our Little Oasis

Stylish and quaint, this property did not disappoint. This was our 3rd trip to Floranada, the first in the particular condo. We loved it. …a little bit of a hassle with the key-code entry, but the Vacasa staff worked through it diligently. Otherwise, a near perfect stay for us. The condo was very clean, stylish, and had all the amenities for our day’s at the beach. We’ll be booking again soon !

Nice Beach, clean apartment

I was looking forward the heated pool, gas grills and outdoor dining areas :( untorturable this place is under renovation, no pool no grill no outdoor areas, lots of dust, no even the front office was open when we got there Friday afternoon, so I went to get my parking permit Saturday and the office was closed. So I was just praying that our car didn't get towed. Inside the apartment was very clean, lots of towels and sheets, the TVs need to be upgrade. 1 1/2 block from the beach, very nice beach! you can even park your card closer to the beach (paying parking).

Nice and quiet

We have been to Floranada before. The unit is just right for a family of 4 with 2 young children. The unit we stayed in was clean upon arrival. Beach chairs and towels were provided however the umbrella's arms were all broken making it useless. The chairs in the sitting area were flimsy and damaged and a risk to sit on. The joints of chairs were coming apart. The WiFi service was spotty and constantly disconnecting. It seems that the complex has a shared WiFi which lags due to traffic. The pool was nice. Laundry machines are available on site. As for the location, Pompano Beach is a quiet and relaxing place. Not sure if we will rent at the Floranada in the future. Our first stay in 2019 was 5 stars!

Great location for beach access

Property was close to ocean, a 4 minute walk across the street. Neighbourhood was so-so. Room was clean but had a musty smell upon arrival. Cleared up after a day. The bathroom was a good size and modern but the shower curtain had mold on the bottom. The bedroom could have used more lighting fixtures, at night it was a little too dim. Kitchen was small but functional. Walls weren’t very well soundproofed. we could clearly hear a tv playing in our bedroom from the appt next door. Nice heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs. The average age of the other renters was of a certain age. We are a 58 year old couple and were easily the spring chickens. we did have a couple of issues, nothing serious, that we needed corrected. It took 2.5 days before management got on it. If you want easy beach access with a decent pool a reasonable accommodations, this apartment delivers. Nothing fancy, relatively clean, and fairly quiet once the tv is turned off. We were in apartment 16.

Could have been better

The house in general was near and clean but their bedding are really old. The sofa bed was wobbly and it gave me severe back pain. The master bed was also unstable and the pillows were not firm and had wears on them. Our neighbors had their TV on the entire night and it was so loud that sleeping in the hall was impossible. After paying almost $400 I expected better service!

Can’t wait to go back!!

We absolutely loved our time at Floranada 16. The condo community is well kept and quiet and we are excited for whenever we get to go back. Location can’t be beat, so close to a beautiful beach with public restrooms (also the designated water sport area so watching all the kite surfers was cool). The private pool for the association was clean and peaceful. I don’t think it’s a smoke free community, which didn’t bother us at all but is something to note if you are averse to that. The inside of our unit smelled and looked great, everything was very clean. The only downside which was that the AC only goes down to 71 and the fan in the bedroom did not work so it got a little hot at night but otherwise it was great. Addition of a tower or box fan would be great! The unit came with all the kitchen and beach essentials you’d need and a vacasa rep actually dropped off a new beach umbrella for us to use without us even asking as the one in the unit I guess was reported broken. All in all we had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone!

Nice property, great location

I was pleasantly surprised that the property was exactly as described. It was very clean, quiet, and the check in process was easy. Will definitely stay there again next time I am in town.

Getaway

Place was great. Close to beach and intercoastal. Came to relax after a parent passed away. There was a child staying in the complex who annoyed everyone staying at the Floranda. Trip would have been perfect except for him.

Floranada is a clean, peaceful and convenient place to stay while visiting Pompano Beach. There is a lovely pool to enjoy. It is two blocks from the beach. The condo is very nice. Small but efficient kitchen. Supplies like chairs and coolers for the beach are provided. I would definitely recommend.

Great space for 2. Walk right out to an upper deck with lounge chairs and picnic table. It felt like it was especially there for us. I quick 1.5 block walk to the beach. Great place to relax and soak up the sun.

Beach and sunrises

Perfect location with the beach and intercoastal waterway both within a 2-3 minute walk in either direction. Sunrises at the beach were great. The property was as described and shown. Quiet and peaceful. No major complaints. Would stay here again!

On-site manager was helpful. Property management company was not. No replies when requesting early check-in options. Understand it was stated on listing, but zero communication or willingness to work with us will cause me to pause next time we consider Vacasa. Condo was in great shape and out stay was nice.

A little gem only a block from the beach! We had a wonderful stay. The unit was plenty spacious for a family of 4. The pull-out couch was a large size. There is a lovely sitting area on the outside patio and a beautiful large pool to enjoy with bbq grills. There was toys, chairs, coolers to use at the beach. Only a few minutes away is Pompano Beach Pier (recently renovated )and is top-notch. A great spot I highly recommend!
