East Coast beautifully decorated townhome, just 700' to Jenness Beach on the New Hampshire Seacoast. Enjoy the beach and come home to this well decorated and central air conditioned house. The beautiful back deck is perfect to enjoy the weather! Winter rental is available. The house has central heating and it is fully furnished. Special discount for extended stays during the off-season months is available. Great for virtual nomads!!

The house features a gourmet kitchen with gas stove, living room and dining area with access to back-deck and a beautiful backyard. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with plenty of closet space and full bath. Central A/C. A great location to hiking, biking and water activities. A walking distance to grocery, surf shop and restaurants. Short drive to Historic Portsmouth and Kittery Outlet Malls.

UNH Grad Weekend

Had a great stay in Rye at this lovely unit. It is very close to the beach and a couple great restaurants, as well as a short drive from Durham and Portsmouth. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few fabulous meals, including grilling out one night. Also, the hosts practice easy, responsive communication. We definitely would book again if in the area.

You can walk to the beach or take a quick trip to Portsmouth! A beauftiful home and a great place to stay to take in the fall colors or take advantage of local fine dining! The home is spacious and welcoming, comfortable and perfectly appointed for a New England vacation!

The house was terrific, clean, well equipped and right down the street from Jenness Beach in Rye...easy walk. We stayed for 3 weeks. Very convenient...close to Portsmouth and Newington NH with plenty of shopping nearby including grocery stores.

The size, location and amenities of the house were all excellent. Just up the street from the beach, close to local places/Portsmouth and a clean spacious house. One of us was working from the house during the week with no problems. Great back deck and yard area as well.

Perfect respite for a transition

A one week gap during our move from California to New Hampshire was perfectly filled by our stay at the Blue Door in Rye Beach. We couldn’t have found a better place for R&R between moving out of one house and moving into to a new one. Great location, well appointed, well stocked, spacious, and very relaxing environment!

Blue Door at Rye Beach is the perfect seaside spot.

Blue Door is a fully equipped, modern home in a quiet, neighbourhood with mature trees, just steps from beautiful Jenness Beach. The sun deck is perfect for early morning coffee or tea, and late afternoon refreshments. Close to Rye Harbor, Portsmouth and Hampton. Easy check-in and check-out, you won’t want to leave!
