Quaint three bedroom, one and half bath home within walking distance of Jenness beach, if you're quiet you can hear the tide rolling in. Fully functional kitchen, K-Cup machine, dishwasher, brand new appliances, small table in the kitchen and a larger table in the dining room. Washer/dryer on first floor. First floor bathroom has a large walk in shower. The living room has a TV, DVD/VCR player, Wii, wifi and cable. One of the upstairs bedroom has TV, DVD Player and Super Nintendo.

Due to NH Covid 19 Restrictions - If you are not a NH resident then a signed document from the guest(s) attesting that all the person(s) staying on the property remained at a home for at least 14 days before arriving in NH, only going out for essential items and when outside of the home maintaining social distancing and wearing face masks when within less than a 6 foot distance of another person during this 14 day "quarantine ".

Beautiful Stay

My family and I had such a wonderful trip in Rye, mostly due to this beautiful home! It was walking distance to the beach and a ton of cute cafes. Check in and check out process was seamless, and Joan was really attentive to our needs! I would highly recommend this home to any of my friends and family, as well as strangers!

Incredible house, minutes to the beach. Joan was a great host, even checked in with us after we arrived to make sure everything was okay. The house now has A/C which was fantastic when we needed it and every imaginable thing you could want on a beach vacation. We all felt lucky to be at this special place and would rent in again in a heartbeat if it was available.

A house with everything near Jenness Beach

We loved staying at Joan's house by beautiful Jenness Beach. Super easy check in. The house really does have everything - tons of beach towels, a garage full of beach toys, a beach wagon for carrying things, boogie boards, chairs, and 4 bicycles. There is a nice back yard for siting with a grill. My children loved the WII video gaming console, which was almost a downside since I had to drag them off it to get to the beach. The house was immaculate and comfortable and a nice walk to the beach. Great value and lovely stay.

Great location

Very close to Jenness beach, which was nice for a beach vacation because we were able to walk and did not have to worry about parking. House was very clean, comfortable space for my husband and our toddler. There is a grill out back that we used multiple times. There are lots of beach toys and equipment that we didn’t use because we brought our own but it’s nice to know. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house had everything my family needed for a week at the beach. We hit a particularly hot spell, so we’re grateful for the a/c in the bedrooms! Joan was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time!

Great place!

The place was very clean. There is a homey feel to it. The walk in shower and the washer and dryer were great perks to have. It made cleaning off sandy kids much easier. They had plush towels and even supplied little shampoos, conditioners and lotions. Highly recommend.

Great place & excellent owner

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Jones house. It's walking distance to the beach, which is especially helpful because during covid-19 there was very limited beach parking. We found it easy to drop our stuff off with a car, park in Joan's driveway and the bike or walk back to the beach. As far as the owner goes, Joan was top flight. She was very reasonable and pleasant to deal with and there wasn't the thing she hadn't thought of in her house. Highly recommended.

It was excellent. Clean, spacious, easy walk to the beach. Only things missing, a rinse off station after coming back from beach all sandy and an outside rack for hanging towels and bathing suits. Other than that...Perfect!!!

The location was near the beach (walking distance), but also close to Portsmouth and Route 1. The property manager responded promptly to any questions I had. The house was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Oh my .... where to start .... Joan has thought of everything ... and I mean EVERYTHING !!!!! We wanted for nothing. I have never stayed at a place in NH that was so well equipped. Bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, and boogie boards , even a red wagon to take all your gear to the beach. The house was the same ... kitchen utensils , note pads, towels, WIFI , grill, the list goes on and on ..... The beds were super comfortable and enough room for all.... The kids loved the room with the 3 beds. This is a perfect beach house walking distance to a beautiful beach. I only have one complaint ... I HAD to come home ... I would have stayed here forever :) Thank you Joan, you made our stay easy and hassle free.

Perfect for our stay

We did a lot of travelling so wasn't at the house a lot during the day but it was like being in a real home not a rental! The backyard was perfect for our family picnic and being close to the beach we were able to go days and evenings as well! Nice neighbors as well.

What a great place to stay. Very clean, and easy to access. Very close to Janess Beach; just a short walk to the end of the road. Close to everything in Rye/Hampton/Portsmouth. The House was more than well equipped and the owner was very easy to communicate with. Would stay again!

Perfect Vacation Rental

We stayed over the 4th of July week and the house was ideal. The boys, ages 5, 11 and 13 had the best time playing in the yard, playing Wii and walking to the beach every day. The older boys took surfing lessons twice with the Sessions Surf Shop and loved it. The house is well equipped and comfortable and the garage has all kinds of useful gear including bicycles, boogie boards and chairs for the beach. The back yard has a nice grill and table to eat outside. We made two trips to the Beach Plum for lobster rolls and ice cream and found an amazing lobster place in Kittery, the Chauncey Creek Lobster Pier. The owner was very responsive and genuinely concerned that the guests enjoy their stay. We would love to rent this house again when we get back to Rye Beach.

I grew up in this house, so many fond memories were formed here. We would often return to visit with Mom and enjoy a nice Sunday Dinner or a family BBQ in the backyard. Many family cookouts and horseshoe tournaments were held in that backyard. Cousins would stop by with fresh caught lobster straight from their boats. My father built this house with his own two hands, and I plan to see it stand for generations to come. It has been well lived and well loved.
